My massage therapist turned me on to this small cupping set. After one session she let me take two cups home to see how they worked for me and ultimately shared the link so I can purchase a larger set. I have terrible pain in my low back and hips and these cups have truly been a life saver. The concept of the suction to help draw more blood to the area to help promote healing and circulation itself works and I believe it provides a bit of pain relieving properties at the same time. I will leave them on for about 30 minutes or so then will move and reapply in another area as needed. Applying a thin layer or lotion or oil before cup application helps to not pull the skin. I enjoy seeing the colors drawn to the surface of my skin indicating it is working.

I am pleased to say this cupping set is of very good quality with an extra bonus of magnetic ions and have helped my foot pain tremendously!!! More than I expected! I am new to cupping therapy myself but grew up in a cultural family who used small jars, a coin, and match sticks😬 as cupping therapy to alleviate back pain. I know it sounds dangerous af but now that I inherited some of those same bone and joint issues I’m SO glad there is safer and effective options! Lure essentials being one I would highly recommend! I suffer from scoliosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis and combined I believe causes the soles of my feet to throb so badly at times. I don’t take pain medication and I really doubted these would help or be able to use these on my feet. Although a little lubricant helped I am not able to use on every part of the surface/sole of my foot , where I was able to attach them did most definitely help! I am SO happy with the results and quality of Lure Essential cups Im cautiously trying to make sure I don’t use them TOO Much!!! Thank you Team Lure Essentials!!!

These are even better than the Edge cupping kit by Lure. They are smaller, fit on joints, easier to put on, and even more powerful than the Edge cupping kit. My acupuncturist told me about the Edge ones, and those are great, but these are even better! I highly recommend them for joint or muscle pain! I have begun playing racket sports again and my knees have been hurting. At first I was icing my knees, but when I began using these, I didn't need to ice; these are better.

I have been wanting to try cupping for a while but until recently didn't have the money to buy anything that wasn't the bills. I read the reviews for these and I am glad I bought these. First of all, you get 10 of these for about $30. I was originally going to buy some from a very popular site online that sells 4 for $40 so I think this is a good deal. I have only used these twice. What I have found is that if you can rub a bit of oil (I used Jojoba) on your back or where you want to put these, you will get better suction and thus better results. I used these on my back and I even put them on there myself with no help. I was able to get oil there and once you do that, just reach around if you can and put one at a time where you would like one and press down on the top of them. The harder you push down, the better the suction. After using two of these on my shoulder blade area (under), I found I was able to breathe better the next day. I will continue to use these probably everyday to see what results I get, but so far I am happy with the way I felt after using them and the ease of use of using them on my back by myself. I know that I wouldn't have been able to do this with other cups. Would recommend these especially if you are new to cupping. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because you can't put them in some places due to being to big (they are probably only about 2" in diameter), like using them on your arm if you arm is skinny.

I LOVE these! I keep them nearby where I watch TV, and I just pop them on my legs or back whenever I feel a little tight. When I'm in real pain from fascial adhesions in my legs, the suction of these cups helps bring back good lymphatic flow as the superficial facia releases, and the suction provided a great distraction from the pain as the proprioceptors (nerves that sense touch) override the nocioceptors (nerves that sense pain)! I like to use them at their max suction, but for my elderly mother who has poor lymphatic flow in her legs and arthritic hands, I love that this set has an easy way to lightly squeeze and create a minimal suction just by turning them inside out! I bought mom a set, too!

This is a good set for at home use. Also works particularly well on joints and bony/curved areas where other cups don't stick well; such as: knees, ankles, wrists, hands, feet. They do have a sharp inner edge, sharper than other silicone cups... It's not the most comfortable and can even be itchy after removal. They also don't seem to leave as much bruising as other silicone cups... perhaps that can be attributed to not having as much suction.

Cupping is uncomfortable. It creates a suction to lift the tissues to increase blood flow and circulation. It's not meant to be a "wonderful" experience. If you don't know how to use these and don't know where to place them, I highly recommend not using these. For those of you who do know how to use and place cups, I highly recommend them. They are a bit of a learning curve specifically for these ones, but once you get them on they get the job done. The colors are nice and I like that there's an equal amount of each size.
