are these pretty stretchy? im freguently climbing on equipment and open semi hoods for my job so i have to pck my knee up very high. thanks guys

Hello, These pants are 100% polyester. They are wrinkle resistant and stretch for comfort. I would not call them super stretchy however.

Yes,they fit over boots with plenty to spare. I have worn these jeans for 17 years with boots. I got rid of some that were about 14 years old and were still in good shape. I lost about 4 inches around my waist and didnt fit anymore.

what is the average fit of these? Big or small?

I usually wear a 34"-36" in all my clothing, but with these pants I ordered a 40". I went to Boot Barn and tried them on prior to ordering. They simply put, run very small.
