Work great!
I recently found a deal on some older model Hutchinson road tubeless tires and decided to give them a try. As I am riding Mavic Ksyriums, I didn't need rim strips to make the conversion to tubeless that most rims require so instead of buying a whole tubeless conversion kit (like Stan's) I just needed the valve stems. After I installed them, tightening the heck out of the nut, and mounted the tires (which was pretty darn tough), I coated both sides of the rim with soapy water and pumped like crazy with my floor pump. Within a few pumps, the tires sealed and I was able to pump them up to pressure like any tubed tire. I know the tire is the key to going tubeless, but you can't do it if you get air leaking around the valves and these have no such issue. It seems as if the tubeless tires hold their air between rides better than tubes do, so I know there is nothing leaking out from or around the valves. I am very happy with my tubeless setup and these valves are a vital part of the system that makes it possible.

Works as advertised.
I have one set of wheels set up tubeless with a set of valve stems I cut from some tubes - they have a removable core. These seem to be more solid on the base where they seal against the rim, You need to make certain you tighten them down enough that they don't leak. The core also needs to snug, but don't over tighten it. Some people have had issue with the cores breaking, but I haven't had any trouble with these, they work just as advertised. A removable valve stem is really only important if you're doing a tubeless setup, so you can add sealant without unseating the beads.

Nice valves
I have used two pairs of these so far on two sets of wheels that were tube wheel conversions. I use 1/2 inch wide nylon filament tape to tape off the spoke holes on the rims. Filament tape works great, is light weight and cheap. Not much to say about the valves except the rubber part seals nicely at the rim and the center valve comes out so you can add Stan's No Tube latex sealant. Does not sound like much of a feature but what a hassle it is to add sealant to wheels that do not have a removeable valve stem. You have to break the tire bead and pour the sealant in. That's kind of silly. Why break the bead that you already had and start over again? Just let the air out of the tire while it is suspended, remove the valve stem and use a hypo tool to inject more Stan's sealant

Great product if used correctly
I purchased these as I was having a big problem with my stem leaking air and figured these would be a great replacement. I installed them and still have a big problem with my stem leaking. I have since added a o-ring under the valve nut from an old tubeless setup and the seal around the valve seems better but I would recommend looking for a different valve if you want reliability. Update: the issue was not with this valve stem it was with my rim tape job. Once I retaped my wheel these stems work like a champ!

Buy these and carry them. It's more common to sheer a valve off than break a valvestem.
Most folks on long MTB trips will carry a valvestem, thinking it'll get bent, or clogged with sealant if they're riding tubeless. Sure, that can happen, but it won't happen nearly as often as shearing or breaking your valve. If you're riding hard in rocky terrain, it's a matter of time until you break a valve or sheer it off and have to replace it. These valves are universal and install easily. They've saved me from a long hike out twice in the last year alone.

Easy to use and just need to be hand tightened
I retaped the rims on some MTB wheels and use this valves without any issues on the very first try. I hand tightened the valve and no air escapes. No complaints.

Tubeless presta valves
I put these on my Marin Rift Zone 2 and they work great. Make sure if you're converting from tubes to tubeless that the tape covering the hole where the valve goes has adequate coverage. I was worried when I installed these because it was leaking air, but after further investigation, it was the pre-installed rim tape that was the problem. I just added some Gorilla tape and now it's works perfect.

Stra consigliate.
