GG NON-STICK PRO CAKE PAN - 9-in x 13-in

I bought this pan specifically for making focaccia. The size is perfect and its non-stick quality is absolutely fabulous. I love the ridges in the pan which give the bottom of the bread a beautiful, crispy crust. Tonight I used it to make pierogies and they baked to perfection. The pan is well made, it’s heavy-duty and very study. I will definitely be looking to purchase more OXO bakeware.

So I purchased this to fit into my Breville Smart Oven to make the most use of the space in there. Boy, am I glad I did, it fits perfectly and fully and does a great job of cooking evenly. The special coating this stuff has makes clean up so easy, you do not even need to scrub! Everything from my Ziti Pasta Bake just came right off! This pan is also very sturdy, much heavier duty than I was expecting. I do want to point out that the manufacture says this product line should be hand washed to preserve the non stick ceramic coatings. Since it cleans up with a few swipes of a sponge, I have no problem with this. If you insist on putting everything in your dishwasher, you will find that today's detergents are too abrasive for non-stick coatings and it will not last long. Perhaps this happened to the person who gave a one star review and complained about the non-stick coating. I have had wonderful results with my pan and cannot help but wonder what that other person did to this pan to get such results!

There's not a huge amount of feedback that I can give you about a cake pan, is there? Like most OXO products, it's well made with reliable construction. It does what you ask of it, and too few things in this world accomplish that much. (Sometimes we are grateful for small things.) You might be drawn to the non-stick attribute of this particular pan, as I was. It fulfills that promise, too. I've done a fair amount of cooking in this pan in the last several months, from paleo lasagna to chicken traybakes to yes, a cake or too. Some of those escapades would have qualified for the "before" images in a TV ad for dish soap ("You try rubbing, scrubbing!"), but the OXO cleaned up in a jiffy. The price for that non-stick status, however, is that you really have to hand wash the pan -- at least according to the instructions that came on the package. You can't fling this into the dishwasher or -- says the documentation -- you'll lose the slick surface. I haven't dared to challenge those instructions. And I hate to hand-wash anything, which makes me more likely to reach for another baking tin instead.

Cleans up so easy. I needed a larger rectangular pan and I wanted one that I could buy a silicone cover for, so I bought both from Oxo. The pan is great. The cover fit nicely but got stained from tomato sauce the first time I used it. Hopefully Oxo will make a rectangular cover for this pan that is of denser silicone. But the pan is great so I kept it

This is the best cake pan I've ever used, it is nice and heavy and produces great results.
