No mold/ mildew smell
Used in basement that was very moldy from years of lack of maintenance, mold/ mildew smell was gone with in a day. Haven't seen evidence of regrowth of mold... Dose not remove mold stains. Definitely worth the money.

Easy to use in my pump sprayer and no leaks in the box it came in. Works as advertised.

Good value, would buy it again.
I would buy this again. Seems very effective on wood. I sprayed is on and the white mode turned immediately to slime. I scraped it off and applied a couple more times. I don't know how well it penetrates the wood, but after the roof repair, the mold shouldn't come back.

Worked great!
Had some mildew on our door, sprayed this on it and it basically melted off. Works fantastic!

It works!
Been using this stuff for years as a handyman in a humid region. Put it in a cheap handheld fogging machine (Bauer). Takes about half a gallon to fog a whole house...mold smells are gone the next day. My clients think I have some secret sauce.

They sent me a gallon of water for $41. Not arguable at this point. I looked through the reviews and saw that other people thought it had zero scent which was the first red flag, it has NO SMELL and looks like plain water no bubbles or anything. It makes you wanna taste it to test it. So I was like ok maybe it’s supposed to be like that .. so I tried it out in my fogger. Zero difference whatsoever a waste of time and money, it is indeed water. I will use this $6 bleach I purchased first and if that doesn’t work I’ll buy the RMR someone else recommended in the reviews that I found for $35 at a local hardware store … both of which are cheaper and likely HAVE to be more effective than doing absolutely nothing. So glad I could return this. That is a lot of money to be wasting on a gallon of water.

OK to Pretty Good, not Great
Seems to work fairly well. Need to reapply after about 8-10 months, mold coming back. Fairly expensive. I wonder if some other do-it-yourself formulas work just as well
