Perfect kit for hip replacement
I had hip replacement and this has been the perfect kit. It has 2 grabbers, one long and one short, this helps when one falls on the floor and you need the other to pick it up. The leg lifter is great because it has a wire in it that makes the loop stay open so it’s easy to put your foot in it to lift it into bed or out of bed. I purchased another kit where this item did not have wire in it and it was very hard to put your foot in the loop without help or raising your body past 90 degrees to get your foot in it. The shoe horn is the right length even though I haven’t used it because I’m still homebound and wearing crocs. The sponge on a stick has been very helpful trying to do the bottom half of my surgical leg and foot. Sponges or loofahs in other kits were too short to do much good. The dressing stick has been immensely helpful in taking socks off and is coated in plastic so you don’t injure yourself. Last but not least the item that helps you put socks on is perfect. This kit costs more than some, but totally worth it as all items are functional and useable.

Great for Use After Knee Replacement Surgery
I had knee replacement surgery in September. I really didn’t know what to expect but I bought this kit after the surgeon’s office recommended I have one. They didn’t recommend this particular one (they did not specify any specific brand) but it had such high reviews that I thought it would be a good choice. Truth be told I really didn’t think I’d use a good deal of it but it’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Right from the start I found the grabbers to be super useful. They’ve got a good grip so they rarely dropped items. I found them very useful for grabbing my pants and bunching the leg up to slide them on as well as grabbing my shoe and angling it so I could slip my foot in easier. I know it came with a dressing stick and shoe horn but I really preferred the grabbers instead. I used the shoe horn twice but it really didn’t help as much as the grabber for me (I was able to angle the shoe as well as hold the back so I could slip my foot in without crushing the back). I didn’t use the dressing stick really at all. Aside from the two handy grabbers, I got a lot of use out of the leg mover. I really thought that out of all of the items I would use that one the least if at all. Boy was I wrong! About 2 days post surgery my quad absolutely quit on me. It was very bruised and strained by the surgery (a result of the tourniquet I’m told) and it just got to the point where it couldn’t move well. The leg mover really helped with that. I also had a lot of pain in my knee trying to get up off of the bed and the leg mover supported the knee when I swung it off of the bed to lessen the pain. The quality seems very good and sturdy. I’ve moved past needing the leg mover but I’m still using the longer grabber. I have a second knee replacement in my near future and am confident that this set will hold up to use a second time. I highly recommend this set for anyone having a knee replacement surgery.

Gripping for success.
I bought this before going through my hip replacement surgery last year, and my god! This was the best investment I have ever made in myself to help me with getting dressed, and other little things you take for granted until you no longer have the range of motion to follow through with the task at hand. The leg lifter helped a lot of times to move or shift my leg while getting into bed at night, plus it somewhat help to lift my leg during leg lifts, but it proved to be no enough, and I had learn how to lift my leg under my own power. That took time. The back scrubber was helpful in the beginning, but I ended up not using it as much due to having to lean against the wall at times to bathe in the shower. The sock aid was worth the value of the purchase alone. I've always had a difficult time putting on my socks, and having to loop the sock over the foot, which was hard since my leg only came up to my knee sometimes. This left my knee hurting, and leg sore from being out of whack. Putting a sock on the tube, and sliding it on is much quicker, and less stress on my body after my surgery. The shoe horn helps somewhat, but I am able to get into my shoes, easier after my surgery without it. The gripper claws, both sizes come in handy trying to pick up things that fall on the floor or helping to slide grocery bags or food bags from deliveries into my apartment. The weight of the items can be difficult to move, so I have to get my roommate to help with things, but small lighter items, I have very little trouble lifting or moving. It helps to keep me from bending over 90 degrees with my hip until it heals.

Helpful and worth the price.
Love that there are 2 Reachers, shorter one used most but longer one used to help me dress and reach things higher/farther away. Everything has a logical use. My only complaint is the "wire" used in the leg lifter, it hurts if I use it on my barefoot, & twists when trying to use it other ways but invaluable when trying to put my shoe on left foot, hold my foot & shoe correctly so I can use my long shoe spoon to eventually get my shoe on easier than ever before. Good quality, useful after extensive knee surgeries. Good value for the price. Do recommend.

I’m an Occupational Therapist and have been purchasing these products for my clients on a regular. The feedback from clients is that it’s made a world of difference to their independence and recovery from knee or hip surgery. The items are good quality and work well. It’s great as a one stop show with everything that’s needed instead of me having to individually look for and purchase items 1 by 1. Please keep re stocking, you’ll be getting repeat orders from me!!

Sock aid won’t work it’s to big socks won’t stretch that far. The grabber is very light weight maybe it will work . I think it’s to expensive for what you are getting .
