Love these pillows. They came in a cylindrical packaging with a zipper around one end that was only about 7 inches in diameter by maybe 24 inches or less in length. So seeing the packaging, my first thought was "Oh my, these things must be really compressed. And how much can they possibly expand?" Removed each from the packaging and unrolled onto table. They began expanding. Put pillow cases on them and threw them on the bed. They continued to "magically" grow and fill the pillow case. Went to bed that night and was pretty pleased with the comfort and support they provided for my first night sleeping on them. Surprisingly, the next 2 or 3 nights in a row I think they continued swelling. Each night they seemed bigger and fluffier than the previous night seemingly confirmed as each night the pillow case seemed tighter around the pillow. I began thinking if they don't stop I'm going to need new pillow cases. But alas, they did finally stabilize and for the past couple months I've slept better than ever. No more waking with a stiff neck nor any headaches which had been a recurring issue for me. They're very soft yet I've had no problem adjusting to a firmness that makes me happy and it holds the whole night through. Zippered outer shell can be removed and washed as well as the inner pillow itself. I couldn't be happier with my new pillows.

I purchased two of these pillows and they are better than expected. They are by no means perfect, but each night is a better experience than the previous night. We're definitely getting used to them. When you receive them put them in the dryer for just 5-10 minutes. They fluff right up. They are heavy...not easily moved in the middle of the night. Tons of support. I wouldn't say it's good for a person that sleeps on their stomach, but side and back sleepers is a plus. Doesn't really help with snoring, so there's that, but the claim of being or staying cool is true. We're pleased with this purchase!

The product is great. I have multiple of these pillows. Comfort and softness are there, but I have had neck issues for about a year now and this pillow does nothing to help. Good sturdy pillow for lounging, but I don’t love to sleep on it

I recently bought a new mattress which came with two free pillows. I got two kinds, one of them was the same bamboo pillow. I loved it so much I had to get another one and ditch the other free pillow (it was latex memory foam - totally fine, but not as great and supportive). I ordered this pillow and was disappointed when it arrived. It wasn't as supportive as the one the mattress store gave me, so I went back to the mattress store about bought another bamboo pillow for twice as much and figured I would just keep the one I got on Amazon as a guest pillow. I thought 24 hours would be enough time for the Amazon pillow to take full form, but it really took 72 hours before it was as firm as the ones I bought from the mattress store. I should have just given it more time (and I would have saved more money) but whatever! Now I have three amazing bamboo pillows all of which I love. So learn from me, give the pillow some time to get it's firmness back. The pillow comes stuffed into a small plastic pillow container. 10/10 would buy again.

This is a comfortable pillow for side and back sleepers. It is quite dense and fluffs up in about 20 minutes in the clothes dryer if you feel like it might not be soft enough when you get ready to go to sleep. I have been using it 3 weeks now and have only desired to fluff it up 3 times- when it arrived to the house and again when I washed the bed linens. It arrived flat and quite frankly, knotted up pieces of foam. I did not put it outside in the sun - only into the dryer. My pillows smelled fresh almost like essential oils upon arrival and best part of it all is that I sleep without overheating and my head is not sinking. This is an excellent find at a great price.

I love these pillows I bought two of them two years ago but unfortunately I lost one due to a fire I read purchase this product but unfortunately the pillow never completely got full. X extra soft very baggy and just doesn’t look or feel like the original ones I purchased years ago maybe they’re just not stuffed as much but to pay the same price and I get the same result is a little bit frustrating .

I had purchased a smaller bamboo pillow (new) from an outlet type store to try it out. I liked it and used it regularly. My boyfriend had been waking up with headaches and stiff necks for some time and I suggested it may be that his pillows are too soft. I let him borrow mine for about a week and he noticed a HUGE difference! The soft yet firm pillow was exactly what he needed. I got two of the king sized ones for us for Christmas and that night, I had visons of sugar plums! So comfortable. Perfect level of firmness. I look forward to going to bed knowing I get to snuggle up with it. (Sorry hon. Nothing personal.)

Recommended to me by my chiropractor. Sometimes it kind of feels like sleeping on a brick, but my back and neck are so much happier when I use this pillow. I've had it for one year and haven't been to the chiropractor since I got it. I was prompted to write this review because I didn't use it last night and I hurt this morning. I don't know if it will work for you, but it's a lifesaver for me.

No logra tomar forma y está super incomoda. No tiren su dinero!
