The grip is honestly the best compared to any other I’ve tried, it’s not heavy at all it’s easy to use and doesn’t hurt your hands it feels very comfortable on your palm and it help your veins pop out and obviously helps your grip strength and it doesn’t feel cheap and it’s performance really helps your muscle grow overall.

Excellent. This is completely worth the money if you need to pay for items out of pocket that are not covered by insurance. It has everything you need except for the thera-putty which could be included to have most of the items needed for a home exercise program or HEP given by an OT/PT or SLP.

Improves hand and grip strength. Easy to use and fun. A you get stronger you might need to buy something that has more resistance. Not completely comfortable but gets the job done.

After four years of use, I broke my last grip exerciser (Gold's Gym). This is a replacement that I keep in the car to relieve stress and strengthen my hands for playing guitar. So far, it's pretty good. The tension could be a bit easier to adjust and at a greater strength to challenge me, but overall, it's not bad for the money.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It is well made. It adjusts tension well, and it seems sturdy enough to last a long time. The problem is this seems to be designed around chinese men with normal size hands that are no where near American size male adult hands. My hand overlaps both handles and as a result I feel like I am getting screwed in the ergonomics department because when I use this I am stressing my hand in a way that it was not meant to be stressed. I bought this for my son and he really likes this hand grip. It is comfortable to hold in your hand and he feels like he gets a good work out. He really likes that you are able to adjust the resistance. Good quality and durable.

It RATTLES a lot while you use it, its cheap quality but the overall function of it is perfect, i wish there was a way you could tell how much weight you are pushing to track it but its fine.
