Great quality plate holder
This is an official Porsche accessory, which I didn't even realize when I ordered it, thinking I was getting an aftermarket part. This is well packaged, easy to installed and made of high quality materials.

Looks nice and streamline, holding plate properly
Needed something to hold my plate, as every time I went thru the car wash it bent my plate. This is holding my plate in plate, so no bent corners. It looks very nice on the Porsche Cayenne.

So much better that the piece of junk my Porsche dealer put on my 911
Blows my mind how something as simple as a license plate and turn you off when you get a new sports car like a 911. The dealer branded chrome piece of junk had to go. This fit the bill. Slim, looks well made, but drilling into your new 911 to install it was, let’s just say, a bit nerveracking. Nice plate holder for your Porsche though.

Genuine Porsche OEM accessory.
This is a "genuine" Porsche accessory that is available at a dealer. Very heavy weight material, excellent finish, fancy mounting hardware. Very high quality But frankly I purchased this item at almost full retail. I could have gotten for less at one of the popular Porsche online parts houses. You know the ones.

Perfect fit and look

Initially parts were missing and then the screw caps don't fit. Frame itself is fine.
The item was purchased and returned for another one because half the screw caps and spacers were missing. Packaging was also damaged. A replacement came with all the parts intact however the screw caps do not fit the included screws. Packaging was also damaged on the second one. The License plate frame itself is fine.

My parents got a new Porsche (in their mid 70s as a retirement lifelong dream of my dad’s) but they were unable to find a license plate holder they liked at the Porsche dealership or elsewhere. Luckily Amazon came to the rescue and this one was perfect!
