These solgar No. 7 really work and help with getting your joints free to move without pain or stiffness. It was recommended by a Doctor. But liver Doctor advised to stop using it because of the BioPerine (black Pepper fruit) causes damage to the liver .

I sprained my ankle playing basketball about four years ago. I recovered and continued playing, but there was always a nagging pain reminding me that my ankle isn't 100%. Someone recommended this to me and I was intrigued by the ingredients. Particularly the cartilage, as it might help repair the tear (though I can't prove this is the case). So I tried it. I didn't really notice anything drastic, but after a while (maybe a couple months) I realized that my ankle was feeling pretty much pain free. Then I ran out and didn't get around to ordering more for a few weeks. My ankle started having pain again. So I ordered more and after a few weeks, I was pain free again. I've been taking them for several years now and my ankle feels as good as it ever has. Except I ran out again and didn't order more because I was waiting to get my order to $50 so I could get free shipping, and then I forgot about it and it's been two or three weeks. Guess what, my friggin ankle is hurting again! At this point, I'm placing an order right now and I'm convinced that these pills actually do work. I've tried other things like Glucosamine, condroitin, MSM, etc and never noticed any benefit. I'm generally pretty skeptical that there is much of a benefit to a bunch of these kinds of supplements, but my anecdotal results have convinced me that I need to keep my medicine cabinet stocked with these. The box says they expect results in two weeks, but it's really a subtle effect. Yet I'm pretty convinced they are helping me. And at about $30 for a three month supply, it doesn't break the bank.

I’ve been a fan of Solgar vitamins since I started trying them a couple years ago. The FDA doesn’t monitor vitamins, but Solgar has very strict purity & manufacturing standards, which gives me confidence in their products. I have and/or do use their: multi vitamins, B, C, calcium, Magnesium, D, Aminos, GABA and other products. This particular product is the first I’m reviewing simply because I’m shocked by it’s effectiveness. I have pins in one knee from an old injury & am starting to get “creaky” after sitting for prolonged periods; I need to slowly stretch back out before I can bounce down stairs. I decided to try Solgar 7 because it claims to help joints noticeably within 10 days. Guess what, it does!!! Shocked by the fact that if I just pop one of these in the morning, I’m good all day. I forgot I ever felt creaky. I have taken it on an empty stomach multiple times & it hasn’t upset my tummy. Anyone with joint or flexibility issues, give it a try. Best $19 I ever spent.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I’ve noticed a real difference in joint comfort and flexibility since taking Solgar 7. It works fast,within a week I felt less stiffness, especially in the mornings. Easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and made with clean ingredients. A bit pricey, but worth it for the results. Highly recommend!

Soy una persona de 60 años con kilos de más. Procuro dar paseos por motivos de salud. Últimamente tenía las rodillas bastante doloridas y esto me desincentivaba moverme. Había probado otros complementos alimenticios pero no noté resultados. Con Solgar 7, después de poco más de dos semanas, he notado una mejoría notable. No hace milagros pero, en mi caso, ¡funciona!
