The most comfortable and fully supportive back brace. After have a triple level fusion, I finally got this brace and wow does it help with the recovery. Very durable and like I said supports the back and helps rebuild the core muscles by reminding you to stand up straight.

This is a very well made back brace, but my main concern is with the seller's sizing. I have a 42 inch waist which per the seller's instructions, I remeasured my waist prior to ordering - still a 42, so I ordered the large size. This size should easily fit me, but it did not. Had it not been for the extra extension panel included with the brace, I would have immediately returned it. I tried wearing this for a week with the extension panel, but could not get comfortable, so I went back to my weight lifting belt for the times that I needed back pain relief. I do have a small torso and found that this rode too far down into my hip area which made it uncomfortable. I gave it 3 stars because of its quality construction.
