This is exactly what I was looking for work. Its fits under my cloths. It helps to keep my sciatica pain level down when bending. While trying to bend it doesn't shift up and down which a plus. Breathable and very comfortable. Lastly the straps design are perfectly, I am going to buy another for just incase this product sells out

This is a very well made back brace, but my main concern is with the seller's sizing. I have a 42 inch waist which per the seller's instructions, I remeasured my waist prior to ordering - still a 42, so I ordered the large size. This size should easily fit me, but it did not. Had it not been for the extra extension panel included with the brace, I would have immediately returned it. I tried wearing this for a week with the extension panel, but could not get comfortable, so I went back to my weight lifting belt for the times that I needed back pain relief. I do have a small torso and found that this rode too far down into my hip area which made it uncomfortable. I gave it 3 stars because of its quality construction.

If you are one like me who goes to Disneyland or Disneyworld and you feel like your lower back feels like splitting in half! I recommend This Back brace. Have wore it for 4 long days and have been a blessing! No back pain! Slim enough that you can’t even tell you are wearing it. It also helps for tummy tuck hehehe. It comes with an extra Velcro piece, that’s very useful. Overall I give it 5+ stars because it’s durability, comfort and it has another elastic strip to tighten the brace, amazing!

Extremely comfortable and gives immediate relief to a back prone to spasms. It forces the core muscles, which should be in use, to wake up and start working, giving the back muscles a rest.
