This is a simple butt set but is sturdy, well made, and doesn't require a battery to operate. I've been using this butt set for a month so far and haven't had any problems yet. it's a good backup for my ts54 which I unfortunately had to replace the alligator clips for way back. if you are just starting out in telecom installation this is a must have tool.
