I’ve been using this collagen for the past two years now. As a fitness professional, I’m picky with my supplements. I’d been taking other brands for a few years, but I knew liquid collagen had a faster absorption rate, so I switched to this one. They aren’t kidding. There has been an insane difference in my nails especially. They are very strong and easy to grow out and shape to the point that people ask if they’re acrylics! I also noticed a significant difference in my hair volume, which is normally very fine and flat. These were my results pre-pregnancy. During pregnancy, I believe this supplement has helped directly with my body adapting to its growth. I am 4 days postpartum and experienced NO stretch marks whatsoever (even in gaining a healthy 50lbs!). I can also tell the difference in my face (awakeness, color, vitality) if I skip a few days. I’m taking it still and am confident it will help combat the postpartum skin and hair issues many people experience. So far so good! Taste is yummy to me, but that’s personal preference. And pro-tip: it dries very sticky and hard, so be sure to wipe down any spills immediately. This also applies to the cap. Sometimes it sticks shut. I run the cap under hot water for a few seconds and it loosens up.

I was having issues of my face not looking youthful as I had to stop all my AHAs because I’m undergoing laser hair removal on my face. I needed something to help bring that glow and youthful look and look into Collagen supplements. I have the colleges powder but I constantly forget to add it to my coffee in the mornings. I bought this liquid collagen and love it. I can drink it anytime of the day if I forget to take it in the mornings and within days of using it, the youthfulness of my face came back to what I know it to be. I’ve been using it for a month and I realize I don’t need to take my DHT pills which I haven’t been taking since drinking this liquid collagen. My hair is growing and so are my nails. I was super surprised that my nails are strong and growing because not even Biotin or Hairinfinity made my nails grow like how they are growing now. I’m not use to it so I keep cutting them but hopefully to stop doing that so they can grow. This will continually be a part of my regimen and because of it, I went on the hunt if buying several collagen lotions to help my hands regain their youthfulness again as they were looking crepe-y as I wash dishes several times a day without wearing gloves. The taste is very pleasant that you’ll enjoy taking the supplements daily.

Update, 9 April: I have been adding Emergen-C each time I take the collagen for about 2 weeks now. I have also stopped taking the additional collagen, as I was getting some unwanted side effects. My shoulder still feels great, my hair is looking wonderful and is so soft, but I've noticed my nails are growing and are stronger. I've only taken 2 supplements in my lifetime that have ever helped my nails grow, and I have not taken either in several months. So, I'm happy to finally see some nail growth since that's been something I've struggled with all my life. My toenails would grow with no issues, but my fingernails were always short and brittle, even after I stopped biting them as a teenager. This supplement is a keeper for me. I looked into taking the capsule/pill form, but it has an insane amount of Biotin in it. I am unable to take Biotin supplements as they cause acne on my face and do nothing for my hair or nails. I will be sticking to this and starting my subscription soon since the bottle is almost empty. I will just have to find a good plastic bottle for whenever I fly. Original Review, 30 March: First off, I am taking 2 collagen supplements, but I was using this one for a bit before starting the other, so I know I can attribute most of the changes from it. The first thing I noticed was that the pain in my shoulder was decreasing. Usually, I have to do my physical therapy exercises for a few days, but since I hadn't gone to the gym for a about a week once I started this, it was easy to see the result. I wasn't completely sold that it was having much of an effect, so I increased my dosage to twice a day. This unfortunately led to some white heads on my forehead. So, I went back to once a day in the mornings. The next thing that I noticed was that my face appeared more supple. This led to me taking my first comparison picture. I didn't think I would have any changes like that but figured I'd take a before picture since there were a lot of comments on it in the reviews. I decided to give it more time to see if anything else changed. I then noticed my scalp was doing much better. I have been doing poorly about taking my fish oil supplement, but for a while it was the only thing helping with my sebum production. I haven't taken my fish oil in over a month, but my scalp is doing AMAZING! Since my sebum production has improved, I have not had to put much, if any, lotion on my face for several days, which is reminiscent of my facial routine when I was younger since I've always had an oily face up until a few years ago. I have added additional vitamin C when taking this as I felt like I may have been lacking in some micro-nutrients (Emergenc-C is like a multivitamin). I do believe that the additional collagen has been a boost, but I have mostly added it to ensure I have something I can take when traveling since I do not absorb many supplements in capsule or pill form very well and a glass bottle is less than ideal for air travel. The only negative comment I have is that it doesn't taste very great, and I have to ensure I rinse the cap and bottle opening after each use. Adding the Emergen-C to it has greatly helped with the taste. I would recommend at least trying it, because it can't hurt. BTW, I am 37 and have beat my body up due to my active line of work. It is my hope that I find a nutritional profile that my body can absorb so that I can decrease supplement usage/dependency, but in the meantime, I like what this is doing for me.

This is literally the best college and product on the market. You need vitamin C to absorb the collagen and the peptides.

I would like to see the liquid bottle back on the market I liked the taste and appreciate the quality

I was excited to buy this product last year and it came broken . I never reported because I was out of the country, but it was a waste of my money almost $50 for something I never even tried . I Was looking forward to try this but I never did unfortunately. Be aware bottle comes broken or plastic off.

My skin is noticeably softer since taking this product! It tastes good and I think it’s helping relieve my arthritis pain! However, I struggled with pouring this into a spoon because the bottle is big and the liquid would get all over - sometimes on my shirt - and the cap and bottle would get sticky. Not a fun experience! So I solved the problem with the nozzle from my olive oil!! Works great now and no more spills!
