Careful, these break easily, but that work!

I bought 5 of these and broke 3. Got my project done though, as I had one broken one prior, but had to change out my ballast and that to remove 8. Since there are no instructions on how to remove them once they are installed, use care. They snap in half on a dime. A simple, warm, inside the house installation, sliding the leg ever so slightly, will help with the removal and installation. It really doesn't like cold air.
