Can actually use this to cut on after you make it?

no matter what resin you use , it is not for cutting on. Just because one is "food safe" does not make it safe to cut on. Knives will cut into resin.

How are you getting air bubbles out without using hear gun or torch?

On they’re Youtube channel they use a great gun in this exact mold.

How much resin does it take to fill the mold?

I am not sure the exact measurment, but you can fill it with water to get an exact ounce.
