Cheap, convenient, and versatile
A few people have complained about the unevenness of each side and that it would break apart under heavy weight. I had this issue and was able to sand down the two sides until even. For extra durability/longevity, I'd highly recommend screwing the two halves together without going through that gap (where the cord is) in the center. Just make sure one screw is longer in the wider half and shorter in the narrow half so that it doesn't poke out of the other side. Unless you're lucky, it won't be perfect and you may have to modify it a little bit. Overall, very great value for $20! It's convenient to carry around, and with a couple of minor tweaks, it became one of my favorite training apparatuses. I use it for hanging and pull-ups and have seen serious improvements in my grip strength as well as endurance. One thing you'll notice hanging for the first time is that it's quite unstable. It will tilt side to side for an even greater challenge. It's highly effective if you have an imbalance between your left and right. I would 100% recommend this if you have a door frame pull-up bar, park, or a tree to hang from and cannot drill holes into your apartment walls.

Nice piece of equipment
I didn't want to spend a lot on a big, wall-mounted hangboard, so I went with this. I have attached two 2.5 lb plates to it, which makes for a little challenge for the narrow pinch. I also attached it to my pull-up bar. I didn't think it would hold, but it did! Ultimately, I like it because it's small and portable. I'll be able to attach heavier weights to improve my pinches. The price is on point, as well. I can keep it in my gym bag and take it to the climbing gym to warm up. Pretty cool!

Good bang for the buck
This portable hangboard is from a very simple concept and I thought of building something similar but it just isn't worth building one given the retail price. I normally wear men's size M or sometimes size S in gloves and the block is perfect for me, but someone with large hands may find it a little too small. It could be made bigger and still be called portable. I would have liked to see at least one bold hold the blocks together instead of glue. It is a little unnerving to hang on it, not knowing if it is going to let go. However, it seems to hold my weight ok so far. I do recommend it if you want something simple and inexpensive to hang on.

Great little piece of equipment
I purchased this little finger board as a new, inexpensive way to challenge my pull ups. Let me tell you, it is humbling to say the least. Currently, I am capable of doing 3 very slow and deliberate pull ups on this thing. The instability of this piece makes "slow and deliberate" the only option. Because using this thing is so challenging, I have been experimenting with other exercises as a means to build up my finger strength with it. It is great for bodyweight rows and for attaching to kettlebells for a multitude of other exercises. Thanks for a unique, inexpensive piece of equipment.

ONLY WORKS TWO HANDED
This is entirely unstable using one hand (for farmer carries for example). It can only be used with two hands both on the same block so that the force on each side of the block is balanced. If that is how you want to train, then it seems suitable. It’s not very versatile because of this limitation, however.

As shown, and works well.
Despite other complaints about the quality of wood, I ordered. Glad mine doesn't have any issues. Wood has a nice finish without being too smooth or rough and seems sturdy so far. (used it a couple of workouts) The cord is a bit short but is as shown in the images. I will look for added strap and carabiners shown in the images to make it more useful. Seems like it will serve my needs, as I try to improve my crimp performance. I had no place to mount a hanging board, so this should work nicely.

Great for Pinch Grip
I thoroughly enjoy using the “widening pinch” (as shown in the photo) for pinch grip training. It’s quite humbling to have to drastically drop weight from what you might normally use with parallel pinch grip blocks. When held in this way, only a component of the force you apply is actually normal to the surface, thus reducing the frictional forces at play. You don’t need much weight to make it hard.

Useful
Attach these to a weight and they are great for training when walking around at home and work.

It was not as their photos which was very disappointing. Especially, there was a slight distortion...

The hand grips are not level and one side of the hand grip is higher than the other. The wood is not smooth and coarse. I have to file off certain rough parts and edges. The quality and workmanship of the actual product is nowhere close to what is show in the photos. I would NOT recommend buying this product. You may want to consider Rustam Climbing, their products are of better quality.
