Great way to make 33’s fit on a 3rd Gen 4Runner (plus a 2” lift and 1” body lift😅). Not sure if it applies to all years, but for my 2002 I did have to also get extended wheel studs for the front separately. Without those the stock wheel studs won’t stick out far enough into the spacer. As far as durability goes, these things have been rock solid.
