This tablet case is really nice. Good thick but soft rubbery material, holds firm in use. Fits tightly, but wasn't hard to install. The corners are beefy, and there are custom openings for all speakers, mics, plugs, etc. If the tablet is laid screen-down on a table, the cover keeps the display well separated from the surface. I like the subdued navy-blue color better than just black too. Tablets cost $$$ these days, so don't take chances.

Poetic makes really durable silicone cases that don't weigh a bunch while offering a bunch of protection. It is easy to put on and fits the tablet right. I had my last case for five years before the silicone started to crack and that time I decided to upgrade my tablet and pass my old one on my child with a new poetic case. The buttons and S-Pen is very accessible. This design doesn't block the camera at all like another brand does. I have owned numerous Poetic Cases. The weight of the Case, Tablet (Tab S9 FE Plus), and S-Peb is 35.2oz. The biggest Con for Poetic Cases is they quit making bright colored cases. It really makes finding the tablet a whole lot easier when someone else places in a different location. My last one of this bright fluorescent/Lime Green. I believe we also had a couple other colors one pink and a blue one. I know it doesn't sound like much of a CON (as in the way of functionality it's not) but for someone like myself it is. I am not a big fan of black. Myself and a few other people would rather pay a little bit more and get the color we wanted then not have any choice at all. BRING BACK THE BRIGHT COLORS Please

I needed a case for my Samsung S8 Ultra Tablet that I use for school and work. I originally bought another product that was a case with a cover, and standable design, complete with a keyboard, but that one felt like the cheap pleather plastic crap you see on the tab folder at a "nice" resteraunt. Clearly was dropshipped manufactured garbage from Alibaba. I decided to return that, and get this one. Its a nice fitting black color, with okay grip, moreso from the design and not the material. I will comment its design makes it look a little like its for kids, with the somewhat pronounced bevel. The buttons are a nice highlight, being covered, and really responsive through the case. The case does have a very aggressively tight grip, but from what im seeing, most cases for these tablets do. I also really love the S Pen retention clips, that feature is unbelievably nice. For the downsides, there is no way to pose it, or stand it up. The material, while seemingly very durable, feels that way at the sacrifice of grip. The case also doesnt stick very well at the back of the case, in that it leaves some room between the case and the back, presumably due to the kind of device. However a more rigid internal structure would help mitigate the issue, at least a little bit, but honestly the issue isnt too bad, or that big of a deal anyways. Another thing is the rubber seems to stick to loose hair a little bit. Its not nearly the worst rubber I have seen, but it certainly isnt the best. I have a dog, so rubber cases are always something I put under that scrutiny. All in all, good case for the price, would be my choice, regardless of my nitpicks.

Tab S9 Ultra is my first large screen tablet. It's a trial use device for me to figure out how it'll fit into my routines. The tablet by itself is very light, and I wanted a secure cover that would protect the edges. You can't expect a cover to fully protect a device that's in consistent use. The Poetic Turtleskin looks like it will do what I need. Only time will tell on how well it will last over time. Due to the size of the Tab S9U, it's impossible to find a "light" cover with built-in kickstand or convertible cover stand. Only a hefty design will be able to hold up the tablet and that may be a concern for overheating if cover materials are too dense. I want my tablet to have a reasonable bumper protection and this cover should do that. Out of the three covers I have purchased, this one works great for daily use. Pros: - Snug & Secure Fit (Took extra effort to install. I recommend putting narrow side in first and then rolling on the opposite corners.) - Design & Cutouts are great. Doesn't cover camera lens, speakers sound great and power/volume controls work fine. - Fits with Screen Protector on Tablet - Cover has no chemical scent & comfortable grip. - Actual viewing screen space is completely visible. The cover only covers the minimal black edges. Cons: - Cover had minimal packaging. Better for recycling but not necessarily better for object being mailed. I recommend adding Deliver with Amazon Packaging for a little extra protection. The package box was a bit crushed & there's no tape seal to show it hasn't been messed with. - No Instructions (I didn't care about that but another consumer may mind.)

Best case ever! No unnecessary features, just a rugged case that does its job flawlessly.

Simple, form fitting. Easy grip. good bezel size. Holds other pens other than Stock s pen. Easy to put on. No screen protector but would recommend getting one for additional durability. Easy to hold firm but soft and grippy.

I purchased this case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus. I was hesitant to buy based on some of the reviews. I'm glad that I purchased this case. It appears that I received the new and improved version. There is a sticker on the packaging that says "NEW" in fairly large letters. The case looks just like the one shown in the pictures. I really like the texture and feel of this case. Its soft and feels good when holding it. It installs easily and fits the tablet perfect. The front edge is rounded which provides more protection. There isn't any rubber smell. Its black and doesn't look washed out gray like some of the review pictures that I've seen. The power and volume buttons are covered and work great. It seems to make the tablet sound better. When attaching the S pen you should slide it into one set of holders and then push it to snap it into the other set of holders. I have a tempered glass screen protector installed. I am very happy with this purchase. On a side note, you can remap your tablet power button so that it actually works as a power button for shutting down the tablet, from the factory the button is mapped to start up Bixby.

Some variables here. First the case: Yeah, it smells like a Les Schwab warehouse. They are molded from straight up tire rubber and even have a moderate RC tire tread embossed around the narrow outer edge. Each person’s perspective with the formulated compound will be directly influenced by preference, tolerance, patience, acceptance, and wisdom. Do you like getting your nails done by some poodle in ribbons, or rock climbing during a hail storm. Pantera, or anything else. The speaker cutouts and that whole sound redirection bs is a laughable attempt at marketing to mask lousy engineering. Yes, you can hear the tab through those slots, but the audio quality and character are both terribly disfigured. If sound or quality thereof is of no consequence; this point is meaningless. The edges roll outward in fashion under hand pressure. Like you are inadvertently attempting to remove the cover. This can be as annoying and disturbing as uncle Larry trying to show you his birth mark at Thanksgiving. Some positives: It fits. It is protective - to what extent remains a test to be conducted at Mordfest in Bergen. It’s only a few bucks and doesn’t require a risky loan from the nearest wise guy with a Chinese food addiction. You can use it for grip leverage while attempting to remove that old honey jar lid that has apparently been welded on by pantry gremlins from Helms Deep. As far as purchasing a used item is concerned… Mine was listed as “Used - Mint”. I think what they meant by “Mint” was it didn’t have any unintended holes, rips or non-factory shredding. Mine did however arrive looking like it was on a mission with Ace Ventura to save the Chinchillas from a coat factory in Bulgaria. That was indeed a successful rescue involving thousands of furry little creatures in an old Russian rust-bucket van that got stuck in a dark forest during a monsoon requiring the secondary harrowing rescue by a team of St. Bernard’s pulling triage trolleys that were being mushed by a crew of scary-harry Romanians all named Zombo…. In short, my cover was grossly filthy, hairy, and had what could be called mud from the Forest of Gloom on it. Somebody was raised by a family of Sasquatch. All told, it’s a tenner for a tab cover - shoot for the moon and hit your neighbor’s house. You’re still good.

Pros: If you are someone who flings their device about and drops it daily, you need a shockproof case that does what it says it will. The silicone is really thick and cushioning, and raised up enough around edge of screen to protect it if it falls face first. The s-pen holder is really secure. It is very grippy, which helps stop it from slipping out of your hand. No problem fitting the case over a tempered glass screen protector, also essential for clumsy people. I have dropped my tablet numerous times already from about waist height or chest height, and so far it has protected the tablet very well. The fit is pretty perfect (I have it on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE). Rests very flat on a table, and I find it easy to write on with s-pen despite the raised edges around the screen. Cons: It is on the heavier side, and the grippyness of the silicone means it collects a bit of dust/lint. However it is very easy to wipe clean or take it off and wash. You can't use the magnets on the edge of your tablet to hold your s-pen, case is too thick. Some people would prefer a book cover that covers the front of your screen when it is in a bag, and a built-in stand, but I prioritised protecting from drops. Verdict: Highly recommend this Poetic Turtleskin case.

i wanted something that wouldnt be slippy and was easier to hold w my parkinsons. easy to put on and amplifies the sound towards you because where the holes for the speakers are.

What you get with this cover is an incredible material which absorbs a lot of force of any impact and diffuses it smoothely. It's an attractive cover. However, holding it is unwieldy because the cover has a massive rounded edge over the display, and its thick material gives it a lot of extra weight.
