    Kudos to Gold Dust.  A Breakthrough Product

Was struggling with a non healing abdominal surgical incisional wound for weeks due to recurring fluid buildup under healing tissue bursting through each time ruining the tissue matrix. We heard about Gold Dust and it's absorptive properties through a home health nurse friend and started using it. Within 24 hours tissue matrix started forming. Within one  week dry (no fluid buildup) closure was complete to the dermal  layer and full dry closure within a few days after that. I wish we had known about it earlier. It would have saved my wife weeks of discomfort, distress and embarrassment when the fluid leaked out on to her clothing through the absorptive dressings.
