Nice product. Plastic used is thick and durable, doesn't deteriorate in heat or cold. It retains heat for upto 15-20 minutes. Stays a little warm till 30 minutes.Almost same for when using as cold compress. Pouch is decent. Takes time to cool if using as cold compress. Overall good product.

Really good, sleeves are the real star
Cold retention is for about 20 mins, gel is good and most important its flexibility needed to use it for tennis elbow. The sleeve make the real difference as it holds the pack in place.
