Didn't include valve stems, again I wouldn't expect them too (most new vehicles have tire pressure monitors, which aren't cheap). Didn't include center caps, don't know if I'd expect them too, but I knew before ordering that they didn't, and I didn't want them any way. Some had very minor paint flaws, but I always intended to paint them body color (Mojave Sand). Besides, these are about the cheapest wheels you can get, what did you expect? They are heavy, but they're steel, soo.... Shipping was odd, almost like they shipped from multiple venders (packed differently, and shipped/arrived over a few days) but shipping was free and I wasn't in a hurry. They are lug-centric, but I added (painted) hub centric rings, just to fill the gap (and I painted the hubs also).
