Review: Excellent Antenna and Customer Service - I have purchased two antennas from KSaAuto for my 2023 MX5, the 7in S-shaped sporty and the 3in stubby antenna. I was looking for a shorter, sportier profile than the OEM supplied antenna. Both antennas serve this purpose and are sleek looking, of good quality, provide excellent reception and are reasonably priced. But besides the described products quality, KSaAuto has an amazing customer service team. When I put my car cover on, I unscrew and remove the antenna to prevent the chance of a hole from being punctured in cover. It’s very simple to remove and put back on, so no big deal. However, in doing this over time, the copper screw that connects the antenna to the car came out and was lost. This was really no fault of the product. I reached out to KSaAuto for assistance and KSaAuto quickly responded and solved my problem. This is customer service at its finest. Kudos to KSaAuto Customer Service and their quality antennas!
