Perfect Fit
Perfect fit and for much less than the OEM $145 plus locksmith charge for indexing the pins. I now have 2 keys, one for the lock and one for the ignition, but have that on other vehicles anyway so a great value overall.

Product looks Original
This item worked great on my truck. The original I had on my truck was damaged by a thief. I replaced it with this one and the product works and looks great. Happy customer.

Working great in my 2004 Avalanche 1500
Working great in my 2004 Avalanche 1500. Installing the little convex, square, brass, locking washer or whatever you call it, on the back of the cylinder was quite the pain in the ass. You have to press it down flat to get it to properly slide into place. There is a tiny tab on one end that prevents it from sliding back out once it is properly seated.

Works for door, not for ignition
Works exactly as it should for the door. I was hoping to use the new key set to relearn my ignition as well, but it won't even turn. So now I have two keys "old Chevy style" which is fine.
