If ordering now, 9/2020 what will be the use by date?

I chatted with the bakery on line and although they cannot tell you the exact "Best By" date that will be on your order, if there is no asterisk (*) in front of it, you may freeze them for up to 6 weeks. You should be fine because my orders from Amazon's distributor have had generous "Best By" dates. Enjoy! They are quite delicious! Have to admit, though, my favs are Cherry Bakewells -- Yum!

Not having had this problem, I can only suggest that you follow Amazon's protocol for a missing order. Best of luck to you!

Why is Kiplins Battenburg Cakes so expensive ?

Mr. Kipling is a UK version of say Entenmanns (only because I don't know of any other US national cake brand equivalent). Kiplings are cheap in the UK (about 2pounds sterling/about $2.50) for most varieties of this size. Therefore one must imagine that its all the freight/shipping charges from UK to the US plus vendor profit that has these so overpriced. They are tasty but not $15 worth of tasty in my book.
