This is the very best vitamin D3 on the market. I have truly tried all brands . Sports Research definitely has this one hands down. I was taking another vitamin D before and went to doctor and they always low on vitamin D. Once I tried the Sports Research vitamin D3 and went back to doctor my vitamin D has been perfect. I don’t normally leave reviews but Sports Research has the best product on the market. I would highly recommend to try . You will definitely see a difference and feel better. You can swallow these whole or chew them if you don’t have water nearby. I’m so glad I finally found a vitamin D supplement that raises my vitamin D level. If ur hopeless and very depressed, I would take 5 at a time for a few days then maintain with 1 per day. Stay on top of your blood work so you know which vitamin vitamin D level best suits you. I like for my vitamin D level to be around 120. When I’m at a 120, everyone else can be sick but I’m feeling great and able to take care of them without getting sick. I’ve had doctors in the past tell me that I’ll get kidney stones with having a vitamin D level that high, but I have yet to have that happen and I’ve been doing this for years. I have known a couple people that have had kidney stones, but these are people that don’t take vitamin D so I feel like that argument falls flat. If you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, then do yourself a favor and buy a bottle of these! Not all vitamins are created equal. Get your blood work done and get a copy of what your exact numbers are! Know what your numbers are before you start taking a supplement and then after you’ve been on a supplement for 3 to 6 months, get your levels test tested again and get copies of your exact numbers so that you can see for yourself, if what you are taking is working. Don’t waste your money on those crappy supplements that Walgreens sells. Vitamin D is the only vitamin that is present in every single healthy cell in our bodies. That’s how important it is.

I supplement with 10,000 units a day and have given excellent results, maintaining a healthy Vitamin D level on my labs. For 20 years I took Vd 2 because I had kidney disease. Suddenly the company stopped making it. I tried a different company but after 6 months my numbers dropped to 88. Then, with my Nephrologists permission I tried Vd3 from Sports Research ( 3500 IU daily)and after 6 months my number were at 155. After one year they are now at 189 (nmol/L ) and my kidneys are just fine. I feel great. My choice does NOT have coconut oil. I highly recommend Sports Research

Seems to be as advertised. I’ve taken it now for two or three weeks and it feels like it’s starting to kick in and make me feel better.

Good Stuff, But I prefer the 1000 mg. easier & better for me

This is the only brand I have used daily over the past couple of years. It works great. I am on a higher dose as per my doctor's instructions, and it has helped my vitamin D levels in my bloodwork finally be at healthy levels. It helps my mood greatly and I am aware within days of forgetting to take it. I would highly recommend!
