I bought this brand of gum this time because it was cheaper than my usual Extra brand. It is very soft and chewy, and the thing I appreciate most is the long-lasting flavor!! I thought Extra gum was the bomb, and while I still love Extra and will buy again, I have to say the mint flavor of this brand seems to last longer with a great mint taste! I have tried about every mint sugar free flavor gum on the planet, and I would say this brand and Extra are almost a dead tie, but I think the flavor of this one lasts a bit longer than the Extra mint flavors. I will keep an eye on both and make my decision based on the cheaper price. Excellent gum, highly recommend!!

I've tried all the similar brands and flavors and this, hands down, is my absolute favorite! It gets me through any carb cravings, gives me something to look forward to between meals and keeps my breath fresh when I'm away from home. I have a pack at work, one in the car, one in my home office and one in the kitchen so it's always within reach. The flavor lasts a really long time and I make it last even longer by chewing only half a stick at a time. I order the large industrial size because we go through a lot but it's better than eating cookies! Also, I'm 67 and my dental health is improving. I give part of the credit to this gum! Thanks Amazon!

Good packaging, taste great, doesn’t too much for the breath but does the job

As far as the product is concerned, the quality is comparable to other major brands. However, when it comes to packaging - the product doesn't even rate 1 star. So we have to go from a stellar rating system (1 star to 5 stars) to a more earthly system (i.e. grades A - F) which in this case the packaging rates an 'F' grade. Why? In years past, the cellophane overwrap had a pull tab which allowed for easy removal of the wrap. Presently the 'new and improved' overwrap version removed the pull tab making the overwrap extremely difficult to remove without the aid of scissors or some other sharp instrument to cut through the wrap to remove it. The second 'improvement' was the decision to use Gorilla Glue to secure the gum wrappers on the left and right sides of the package. Sometimes it seems it takes the strength of a gorilla to remove them which in turn occasionally damages the package holding the rest of the gum. So there we have it - Kudos to the Manufacturing Engineers who dreamed this up and the accountants who approved it in order to save two cents per 1,000 packages.
