Used a few cutters over the years and I already like this 1. It has a natural slice motion and cuts to nothing so a clean cut no messing around twisting and turning pipes. So far so good

UK based plumber. I was cutting some 1" 1/2 plastic waste pipe when they broke in my hand. I bought these as a replacement to my Rothenberger Rocut. Wish I had put the money towards a new blade for them now as these are too fragile to stand up to the job. Would not recommend to plumbers.

It does what it supposed to do brilliant tool

I have very weak hands and was able to use this easily. It is ratcheted and easy to use. I have not tried it on a larger diameter but think it would work well. The cuts are all straight.

Spring breaks/snaps pretty easily. not that durable of a spring! Other than that they're a brilliant product.

These are decent enough and for the money they are a half decent purchase. They are made from a metal alloy but it’s a bit hollow and doesn’t give the quality feel in your hand. I’ve used them a few times and yes they cut fairly well with PEX and even did cut an appliance nozzle down to cap it off with a 3/4” screw cap. Both give clean square cuts. Just not convinced they would last too long if using day in day out for serious plumbing installs. They come with an additional blade which is handy too.

Es muy cómoda para cortar tubos de multicapa, yo acabo de hacer toda la instalación de una casa y es muy cómoda para trabajar, ya q se abre sola y facilita mucho el trabajo. También que tenga 2 cuchillas esta muy bien por si se estropea una. Por el precio q tiene yo no me gastaria más, porque la amortizaras rápido

Der Rohrschneider liegt gut in der Hand und schneidet mit seiner scharfen Klinge selbst dickere Kunststoffrohre wie PVC, PE oder PEX mühelos und sauber. Die Schnitte sind präzise, ohne zu quetschen oder auszurissen – genau das, was man braucht. Habe damit mein komplettes Bewässerungssystem im Garten zugeschnitten. Was mir besonders gefällt: Die Ersatzklinge ist im Lieferumfang dabei, so hat man gleich Nachschub parat. Das Gerät macht insgesamt einen robusten Eindruck und ist leicht zu bedienen – perfekt für Heimwerker oder Profis. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man öfter mal Rohre zuschneiden muss. Für den Preis top Qualität!

Il prodotto sembra ben fatto, arriva con una lama di ricambio che comunque è un plus in più. Il corpo sembra in fusione il qualche lega di alluminio (spero, ma almeno non è plastica) il cricchetto funziona bene e per sbloccare, oltre che a fine taglio, si può allargare l'impognatura, cosa molto utile e non presente su tutte le forbici di questo tipo, questo ti permette di riposizionare il pezzo o fermarti prima di aver tagliato (in altri modelli che ho provato una volta iniziato il taglio, con la lama sul pezzo da tagliare, non era più possibile rilasciare le ganasce di taglio e bisognava portare a completamento l'operazione di taglio per sbloccare tutto). Per quanto riguarda ol taglio vero e proprio, la lama è ben affilata, tub morbidi da giardino li taglia senza problemi, tubi in multistrato per acqua anche, tubi in pvc invece (per impianto elettrico) se si taglia di volata (cioè si punta e si finisce il taglio) tende a schiacciare il tubo rovinandolo, in quanto non riesce a penetrare ed iniziare correttamente, se invece una volta che è stato puntato il tubo con la lama appoggiata per 1 mm si gira di 1/4 o 1/2 giro il tubo la lama riesce a tagliare l'invito iniziale e poi si può concludere il taglio senza problemi (su altri modelli provati il tubo veniva schiacciato e rovinato ed anche ruotando non si riusciava a tagliare correttamente).
