I have been taking one a day for the past 3 years. I have a poor immune system and this does a great job keeping me from getting sick and gives me the energy I need each day.

My husband I passed the flu to each 3 times since January. We had to take a drastic measure without moving out of the house..LOL. We both went on this and we broke the cycle. I probably won’t continue this after finishing the supply, but glad it helped when I needed it at a critical time.

Super cute container. Intrabel a lot and was constantly getting sick from germs everywhere. A friend recommended this and with nothing to lose I gave it a try. It seems to be working. I get sick less often- less sniffling, sneezing, coughing and aching. I have not noticed an increase in energy levels, but they are easy to take and as a little insurance policy they are worth it.

I’ve purchased these many, many times. I take them about 3 weeks before a trip and during the trip until gone. It’s helped me stay healthy, even when people I’ve traveled with have caught stuff. ! I use them when I have to fly and attend trade shows, lots of people. They have helped me stay healthy. Yes they smell and taste awful. And they are expensive. But they’ve worked so well for me. I’ll continue to buy when needed.

Did nothing to improve my Immunity. It left a very strong odor and taste of burnt garlic in my mouth and breath for hours after taking it. I would take it before I ate breakfast right after that and use mouth wash multiple times after and nothing made the smell and taste of burnt garlic go away for hours. I noticed zero difference in my immunity to infection, which I have been fighting and get a blood test every week regarding that issue. It also negatively affected my digestive system. And they will not accept a return on a bottle that was not opened and with the seal still intact. I recommend not wasting your money on this product.
