Fragrant, full bodied, nutty flavor. Also it's a healthy nutritious carb with a lower glycemic index than white rice. I've never liked American short grain brown rice, found it sticky and gummy. She was nice enough to show me the package of rice, so I took a photo of it and googled it when I got home.
