Instead I am stuck with a cĀ£700 lump of metal that doesn't work and a manufacturer (hammer) and service support provider (eeziweb) in the UK who don't respond to emails and calls and quite frankly don't seem to care.I will stress that amazon have been extremely helpful in their customer service but I am extremely disappointed with this product so far- straight out of the box and it doesn't work! All I am after is a replacement part on a product that arrived defective.UPDATE:About a month after the machine arrived and a replacement console unit later and I can finally use the treadmill. Pleased with the product- smooth incline and feels solid. Although the hassle with trying to get it fixed makes me somewhat nervous about it breaking and then having to deal with trying to get it fixed.Fundamentally I would not buy this product from amazon again.The problem lies in the fact that amazon don't have replacement parts. They just wanted to replace the whole unit (it's c85kg) it's HEAVY! It was enough to get the thing out of the packaging let alone be faced with the hassle of boxing it up again- and its not like they would provide anyone to help me. In order to get the treadmill out of the box you have to destroy the packaging no matter how careful you are trying to be. Amazon never did answer the question as to where I could get a box big enough to package up the console or why on earth I should have to fork out money in order to box up a machine which they delivered to me defective.I was eventually able to get through to the service support provider in the UK (they had technical problems apparently which was why they could not reply to any of my emails/phone calls over the week). I am now satisfied with my product and replacement parts from eeziweb- but that doesn't fix or make up for the fact that it took repeated communications with eeziweb, hammer and amazon in order to get a working machine which quite frankly I should have had 4 weeks ago. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ Good machine *by B***S on 18 February 2012* Delivery was short, assembly was easy, good customer service ........
