Better or worse than Wink o Stella or Glimmer spray?

They are better to me. I have a couple wink of Stella but the spectrum noir seem to give me more sparkle/glimmer.

Do you need to was the brush before storing?

It is capped, like a brush style marker you just need to be sure you put the cap on correctly. Push firmly until it clicks into place.

I know it is silly to worry about plastic when buying a plastic pen, but is the glitter made of plastic?
