Great therapy tools
I use these all the time in my work. These are great for therapy tasks such as: gross grasp tasks, overhead reaching, and obstacle navigation. The only downside is they are not like regular gym cones, without a base they fall over pretty easily. On the other hand, they are light weight, easy to stack together, & put in a backpack! Depends on your ultimate use, but these are a great option & very durable so you'll have them for a while!

Pop in the freezer to unstick
As many have written, these were hard to separate. I popped mine in the freezer and it did the trick. Once you get them unstuck, they don't seem to be hard to separate after that. I suggest twisting and pulling them to separate. Other than that, they are perfectly fine.

NON REFUNDABLE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY
Should be no stars - the cones stick together . Cheap material. Rough edges and the ridges hold the cones together . My patients are unable to pull them apart. I had to have my husband separate the cones for me because I was unable to do it. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NON REFUNDABLE so I am stuck with these useless items.

Colorful cones
These plastic cones are great for using in the physical therapy environment. Whether they’re using them for agility activities or prehensile hand activities they work very well. The colors make them fun and patients enjoy them .

For therapy at home
I bought these while watching a PT use them for balance exercise by putting on floor and have Pt pick them up while using a walker. There are so many therapy options you can do with these to help a stroke Pt. I took one star off because they are sometimes hard to separate from each other when stacked. Would recommend to anyone trying to do therapy at home between rehab services.

There is a trick for taking them apart
These are pretty much identical to the ones used by my therapists which costs almost twice a much. Some individuals have said the cones stuck together and could not be pulled apart. The trick is to not squeeze the cones while trying to unstack them. (Squeezing is a natural motion when trying to pull two items apart, but in this case, squeezing distorts the cone, causing it to jam in place.) Use one hand to gently grasp one cone. Then (on the cone that at the bottom of the stack) use your thumb and middle finger to make a circle around the base. Don't squeeze the cone, just use a light touch to keep your fingers from sliding off the cone. I recently got a shipment of 30 cones, and probably a third seemed to be completely stuck together. Using the trick I just described, they all came apart as nicely as you could want.

Perfect for hand coordination
I am a caregiver and my patient has had a stroke that affected his right side. I use these cones in therapy for him. Using his right hand to grab the cone and stack it upon other cones has significantly strengthened his right hand and his coordination has improved! Great product
