Great quality. I use these to cut cake layers out of a sheet pan for heart cakes. It's much easier to store these than a bunch of heart shaped pans. The sizes are great for bento cakes and all the way up to larger party serving sized cakes if you do the same as me. I'm going to also try baking cooking cakes in the ring and see how they turn out.
