Could the rears be cut to fit with a knife, heavy scissors or?** A: I used these on my F150 Super Crew and they fit okay. If your cab is smaller, I see no reason why you couldn't cut them. The rear guards are smaller than the front, so it may not be necessary. **Q: Is the whole backside sticky and also does it need heat or anything to activate or just peel and stick ? Thanks** A: The entire backside is sticky. No need for heating. Just peel and stick. A bit difficult to install straight and true. I installed using the door sill rubber weatherstripping as a guide and the they went on crooked. I recommend using the lower edge of the sill as the guide and stick down in an upward motion towards the door sill weatherstripping. This way the not so perfect/crooked edge is hidden by the door weatherstripping. **Q: If more primer is needed to complete install what is a recommended primer to use?** A: No primer.
