These corn pads are the most comfortable ones available, and they will stay on all day. I do trim them a bit since I have a smaller foot, but that is an easy thing to do. If you use these consistently, corns will go away without having to use the "corn remover" pads that use an acidic solution to remove them. This is better for your foot, and is more effective.

Great relief and stays in place
These corn pads have just been the right amount of adhesive to be very truly effective and give relief. I have tried many other brands that did not work nearly as well as Dr. Scholls

Make More Durable; they fall apart
The foam pad often separates from the adhesive with-in a couple of hours. The adhesive does stick very well. In fact, the few times the foam did stay attached to the adhesive, it tore away when trying to remove the pad before showering, leaving the very stuck adhesive behind.
