The instructions to do that are in the manual. If you don't have the manual any longer message back & I'll see if I can find ours **Q: Is a water line hookup required? Can you pour water in at the top?** A: The water line is required on this model there is no pour spot **Q: Is filter holder included?** A: The filter holder basket was included... no filters though **Q: what water line do I use for this?** A: You are going to need a flared copper fitting to attach to the back of the coffee maker. It would be wise to hire a plumber or handyman. We know it is the board but for them to send a tech to diagnose is $108.00 per hour for travel and $108.00 for labor. The closest tech is 33 minutes away, so we already spending $108.00 just to get the tech here. this commercial machine was $864.00 and only lasted 14 months. This is a rip off.
