Couple of things to consider before purchasing are1. All the ports are on the front right side so I had to use longer cables to reach the left side of patch panels.2. My older rack is too narrow once the brackets were installed on the switch to allow the unit to slide all the way in. Flipped the brackets around and it sticks out some but no issues otherwise. ### ⭐ Beware - Poor Service and Inaccurate Product Descriptions *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 15 July 2016* I submitted a refund request because the product description clearly states 24 port POE switch. Their reply was "This is 12 poe ports in the original design". Yes and that maybe correct but no where in their description did it state only half of the ports are configured for POE. There descriptions and product info does not clearly state the true configuration of the product.
