When I ordered this bracelet, I figured it would be kinda dumpy. Actually, It's pretty and pliable to the size you need. I bought it to see if it could help with my arthritic thumb and I felt some relief with the pain in my thumb. It happily surprised my. I didn't believe in the copper pain relief, but I've had a change of heart after using the bracelet.

It's a wonderful bracelet. Stunning to look at, fantastic workmanship. Everything that was shown was exact. Shipping was several days but it indicated that at the time of purchased.It's on all day but I remove it at night.
