Very good audio pick up. Clear picture. Easy to install (other than my fat self climbing into the attic to pull wires). I would buy these again and am probably going to add another over the garage. The only note I have a reflective issue on my back deck which affects nighttime recording. My solution is to just leave my deck lights on for now. It clears it up. Beats having solar, battery, or wifi issues for sure. Worth the extra effort install. Review: Perfect but often loses internet connection and must be restarted manually - Great product, camera pictures are clear day and night. Works well attached to TV. App works very well. Only downside is the main unit is hardwired to the internet router and still loses connection maybe once every couple weeks. Why does it lose connection? Two reasons. If the power goes out it may have a problem reconnecting, so I will put a UPS battery on it to make it stay on through minor power interruptions. Second, sometimes it just loses connection, which is random. You must manually turn the unit on and off or it will never reconnect to the internet. VERY annoying. I can remotely restart my Cox router from my phone but the DVR never reconnects by itself. This is annoying if you are away on vacation. I played with the AI features and the sensitivity and person, dog, car detector and it works okay but the only problem is that headlights from cars turning down the street always set this off. The doorbell goes off all night no matter what settings or sensitivity or view masking that I use. I found that turning off the front doorbell IR light stops bugs from being attracted to fly towards it all night and setting off the doorbell as much as it did before. All that being said it is a great deal! You really don't need to pay monthly fees for security camera and doorbell with this product. The hardest part about this product is wiring up through the attic and out the soffit vents and down the walls for the doorbell. But it is worth it because the connection is 100% solid between the cameras and the DVR unit. Wifi cannot compete. ## Features - 5MP SUPER HD & STUNNING NIGHT VISION – Capture crystal clear videos day & night with 5MP super HD cameras. The 18pcs infrared LEDs allow you to get high-quality night vision up to 100ft, helping you to protect your property even at night. - SMART PERSON/ANIMAL/VEHICLE DETECTION – The new smart motion detection is now supported by this poe security camera system. Smart PoE IP cameras can identify people, animals, and vehicles, minimizing unwanted alerts triggered by bugs or leaves (please upgrade to the latest firmware version). Configure the type of motion you care about and get alerted when you really need to. - PLUG & PLAY POE SYSTEM – With a single network cable, you can connect each IP camera to Reolink NVR for both power supply and video transmission, making the installation easy enough for DIY enthusiasts and beginners. - STABLE CONNECTION & DIGITAL SIGNAL – Unlike DVR CCTV camera systems, videos will not lose quality or be destroyed by faulty cables. ENHANCED VIDEO RECORDING – Thanks to the built-in mic of Reolink home security cameras, the wired security camera system can pick up ambient sound and help to add another layer of security despite the reliable 24/7 continuous recording. - HDD Storage and Remote Playback – Including a pre-installed 2TB HDD, videos can be recorded and stored for ten days without overwriting occurring. Users can add one additional external 8TB HDD via the camera’s e-SATA port. With the free Reolink app, all videos can be played back through your smart device anywhere, anytime. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B016UCNP3A | | Antenna Location | Indoor/Outdoor | | Best Sellers Rank | #7 in Surveillance NVR Kits | | Brand | REOLINK | | Built-In Media | RLN8-410*1, B500*4, NVR Power Adapter*1, HDMI Cable*1, USB Mouse*1, 1m Network Cable*1, 18m Network Cable*4 | | Camera Description | Front, Rear | | Color | White | | Compatible Devices | Cameras, Laptops, Personal Computers, Smartphones, Tablets | | Connectivity Technology | Wired | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,895 Reviews | | Focal Length Description | 4.0 millimeters | | Frame Rate | 25fps | | Hardware Interface | Ethernet, HDMI, USB, VGA, eSATA | | Item Dimensions | 11.4 x 14.8 x 7.7 inches | | Item Highlight | 4pcs 5MP Wired PoE Cameras for Home Outdoors, 4K 8CH NVR with 2TB HDD for 24-7 Recording, Smart Person/Pet/Vehicle Detection | | Item Type Name | security camera | | Item Weight | 6.5 kg | | Lens Type | Fixed | | Manufacturer | Reolink Digital | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | customer service (support@reolink dot com); 30-day money back guarantee; 2 years quality warranty; | | Memory Storage Capacity | 2 TB | | Mfr Part Number | RLK8-410B4-5MP | | Model Number | RLK8-410B4-5MP | | Night Vision | Night Vision | | Night Vision Range | 100 feet | | Number of Channels | 8 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operating System | iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS | | Optical Sensor Technology | CMOS | | Other Special Features of the Product | Adjustable, Easy to Install, Motion Sensor, Vehicle Detection, Waterproof | | Power Source | DC | | Recording Mode | Motion Recording; schedule recording; 24/7 recording | | Set Name | RLK8-410B4-5MP with 2TB HDD | | Signal Format | Digital | | Special Feature | Adjustable, Easy to Install, Motion Sensor, Vehicle Detection , Waterproof | | Total Usb Ports | 2 | | UPC | 703194071428 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Video Capture Resolution | 1920p, 5MP | | Video Input | IP | | Viewing Angle | 80 degrees | ## Product Details - **Brand:** REOLINK - **Connectivity Technology:** Wired - **Number of Channels:** 8 - **Special Feature:** Adjustable, Easy to Install, Motion Sensor, Vehicle Detection, Waterproof - **Video Capture Resolution:** 1920p, 5MP ## Images ![REOLINK 8CH 5MP PoE Security Camera System with 2TB HDD RLK8-410B4-5MP - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6160FbWas7L.jpg) ![REOLINK 8CH 5MP PoE Security Camera System with 2TB HDD RLK8-410B4-5MP - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71oh8bMdsgL.jpg) ![REOLINK 8CH 5MP PoE Security Camera System with 2TB HDD RLK8-410B4-5MP - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/718GMldAq2L.jpg) ![REOLINK 8CH 5MP PoE Security Camera System with 2TB HDD RLK8-410B4-5MP - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ThXqFTVpL.jpg) ![REOLINK 8CH 5MP PoE Security Camera System with 2TB HDD RLK8-410B4-5MP - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/715bOrKmk5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this package really come with 5mp cameras? I looked up the product number elsewhere and everything I find says the cameras are 4mp** A: Hi Sean, this is definitely a 5MP camera system, it's our new release in the year of 2018. It has the same appearance as our 4MP cameras. The 5MP camera is with 2560x1920 resolution while 4MP is with 2560x1440. **Q: Can this system be easily set up without streaming to the company's servers? are the directions included for achieving this?** A: Yes. The system does not need any setup to have it stream online or local live view. 1. Local Live View on Monitor: Just power on the NVR and plug the cameras to the ports, they will stream video.2. Streaming online: The system comes with UID, which goes through its highest secured server to transit data directly from the NVR to your PC Reolink Client or REOLINK app. anytime and anywhere. Thanks. **Q: Can i use a 5-port gigabit poe switch in the home network to connect 4 cameras (instead of using the poe ports of nvr for cameras)?** A: Short answer, Yes. Long answer. Absolutely positively yes. You can even use a POE Injector. It does however beg the question as to why you would have thought that it won't work. The systems NVR regardless of how many POE ports it has on it can support up to 32 cameras. IE: if you have 20 cameras and a 4 port NVR, you will need 16 more POE injectors or 16 more ports on an POE switch or any combination that equals 16. **Q: Can wifi camera connect to NVR ??** A: Ditto on the good luck. I purchased a RLC-511W. It's installed 15 feet up on my garage. It hasn't worked well since I put it up. It's my understanding that the camera connects to the NVR via the router. I've now purchased a SD card hoping that I can at the least review footage when I have an incident but I doubt it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good for the Money *by P***O on September 26, 2026* After a few months of use: I am pretty impressed. Probably about ten and has been using that at that property. For some time. Acquired a new property and needed a camera system for basic security and monitoring. Real link has some excellent cameras. And that is what I've switched to on my blue iris system. So when I saw they had an all in one recorder system I was intrigued. I finally got a chance to set it up. And I am very impressed with the ease in which the system went together. And how simple the interface was. I would recommend this system to anyone who would like. Hey, recording system with cameras seems to be high-quality. I have not had a chance to integrate it to the internet yet. To check out all the features. Most likely this will be a standalone system, but it gives me peace of mind ## Frequently Bought Together - REOLINK 8CH 5MP Security Camera System, 4pcs Wired PoE Cameras for Home Security Outdoors, Smart Person/Pet/Vehicle Detection, 4K 8CH NVR with 2TB HDD for 24-7 Recording, RLK8-410B4-5MP White - REOLINK 5MP PoE Security Camera, Outdoor Indoor Surveillance for home, Person/Vehicle/Pet Detection, Time-Lapse, 100ft IR Night Vision, Work with Smart Home, support 256GB SD Card, RLC-510A(Pack of 2) - REOLINK 5MP Security PoE IP Camera, Person/Vehicle/Pet Detection, Time-Lapse, 100ft IR Night Vision, Work with Smart Home, Support 256GB SD Card, Surveillance Outdoor Indoor, RLC-510A --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/23483729-reolink-8ch-5mp-poe-security-camera-system-with-2tb-hdd](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/23483729-reolink-8ch-5mp-poe-security-camera-system-with-2tb-hdd) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
