I was surprised at the range I get, 12-14m with 7m being a hill. On the flats I wouldn't be surprised to hit a 20m range.Having bought a bike on the web before (not from Amazon), I was nervous to do so again. This bike was well packaged; I wish my last bike purchase was as well packed as the Phantom O was.November 17 update, I've ridden the bike to work every day since I've received it. My range has considerably increased, battery averages 50% full after a 23 mile round trip ride to work and home.
