Love everything about this chocolate
I love chocolate, and this is my new favorite. I use it in my coffee instead of sugar or sugary cocoa. I eat it raw, as well, as a dessert. Yes, it is a bit bitter and tannic, but there is nos sugar. This is raw chocolate. It is an acquired taste, and after eating for the past few months, I like the flavor of this better than any other surgery milk or dark chocolate.

Takes some getting used to
So after ordering and eating this, I seemed to think I that I might not like chocolate after all. I may have only liked chocolate for it's sweetness. Zero sugar 100% cacao is very bitter. Maybe I'll need to get used to this, it's going to take time 4 sure. If your used to sweet things you won't like this at all.

Great for recipes
This brand of chocolate is better for making fudge and other baked products as it doesn't seize up like Baker's brand. Great flavor and good value for the money.

Chocolate so old it was visibly degraded and changed in color and texture
The order comes with 6 chocolate bars. The first one I opened was so old ,or conceivably mistreated, that the chocolate which should have been the normal chocolate color, nearly black, was visibly degraded around the edges, light brown, almost white, and not smooth. I had no choice but to throw it away. The second one I opened is okay. I don't yet know how the remaining 4 look.
