Bologny to Mascarpone
It cost to much for the size and the taste. Going back to Whole foods this product was incredibly over rated and ended up being trashed since no one really liked it.

I used only Vermont Cheese.
I used it in Chile Cheese Egg Casserole. It's a diabetes type 1 dish. Everyone loves it, even ones that aren't diabetic. Wanda

Avoid if making tiramisu
I’ve bought this brand twice. First time it was chalky and unsuitable for tiramisu, but was okay if spread on a bagel. Second time it was absolutely gross, like spoiled milk. I think they get some good reviews because people don’t know what actual fresh mascarpone is supposed to taste like. If you’re making tiramisu, the Whole Foods brand is usually ok.
