These cheese storage bags do an awesome job of keeping cheese fresh and preventing mold formation. They are far superior to waxed paper or plastic bags. They’re definitely worth the money considering how expensive good cheese is.

I have been using these for years. They are awesome for your hard cheeses. They stay fresh and it's the perfect storage solution for your fridge. I use the labels from the cheese and tape them on the bags so I always know how long the cheese is good for and how long I have had it. They are easy to use and quite strong. They work great.

These cheese bags are so great. We have ordered many. They keep our various cheeses fresh and mold free. We saw them at a cheese shop in Wisconsin where the cheese heads live.

These are pretty cool. You know you think you know cheese and how to store it, then you read a few quick articles about proper storage for decent/quality cheese, and the next thing you know you are buying artisan cheese storage bags. Storage bags. But, it's a more appropriate way to store the cheese and it's easier than wrapping it with cheese paper, which isn't just unique to this company, other companies sell it as well, but the bags are easier. I wish the bags had a longer life span. This company, which also has a really cool informative website for their products and their uses, claims that these can be reused, until fats and oils start to seep through the bags. I noticed this happening on one cheese in particular after it was in the bag for a week. These bags aren't cheap, and I'm eco friendly, so ideally, I'd like to be able to use a bag for a few months, personally at least. But these are still a great storage option and seem to work well. I have noticed very slight improvements in quality while storing cheese in these bags as opposed to storing them in plastic zip bags, which was my old storage method and apparently a big cheese connoisseur no-no.

Quality products that really keep all your cheeses fresh. Always. I have used and re-used them for 5+ years before having to use a new one.

These bags work perfect & they are so easy to use! I wish I would have known about these bags a long time ago. I like to buy blocks of cheddar and blocks of mozzarella and slice the cheddar fresh/shred the mozzarella fresh. The problem is, if you put the cheese back in a plastic baggie it's a very short period of time before mold starts growing on the cheese - typically within about 2 weeks. I looked online and found out I should have actually been wrapping my cheese in wax paper to preserve the freshness. I tried it twice but ruined both blocks of cheese because clearly I wasn't wrapping them properly & they got hard. It was frustrating. Then I did more research and found out about these bags. These are perfect! You just put the cheese in the bag, fold the bag & put the cheese on a shelf in the fridge with the folded/ open-ended side on the bottom. I just finished using my block of cheddar cheese, 30 days after putting it in this bag. And it was still totally fine with no signs of going bad or getting hard. There were a few times that I sliced extra slices. I just threw the slices in the bag along with the block of cheese and no issues. It worked out perfectly! I'm about to use the same exact bag for a new block of cheddar. All I have to do is scratch off the previous date and write down today's date for this one. Reportedly these can be reused 5 to 10 times- I hope that's true. Even if each bag could only be reused once, it's a great value due to not having to waste so much cheese!

My second order of this product just arrived, and I'm very glad for its still being available. Cheese keeps well in the bag, and stays in the original fresh condition. It keeps for quite a length of time although, like any storage method I've used, at some point, cheese will start to mold. Very easy storage, too; just put the cheese in the bag and fold over.

Love these bags! They do exactly as described. My family eats a lot of cheese and we enjoy trying all kinds from around the world. It’s an expensive “hobby” so keeping the cheese fresh is important. I was skeptical, but I’ve used three bags so far on twice as many fresh cheeses and they’ve stayed fresh as though they were just unwrapped for the first time. The bags are reusable which is a plus, and you can write on the outside of the bag to keep track of what cheese is in which bag. Worth the price as I think they will last me for a couple of years to come!

I use these bags for our staple cheddar. If you carefully fold the bags, they can easily last for 4 - 6 weeks. The cheese doesn't sweat and stays fresh. There's just the 2 of us but we are cheese lovers so the bag is open daily. One set will easily last a year. Worth it!

The cheese bags are exactly what I was looking for. They do the job well.

I was a little sceptical of these bags but saw a good write-up in a foodie magazine, so decided to give them a try. So far only used them on a block of everyday cheddar cheese, but the cheese has stayed wonderfully fresh and not dried out on any of the edges as it normally would. Not cheap, but if they save cheese they will quickly pay for themselves.
