It's sharp, cuts meats and veggies up nicely. Handle is thick enough for a nice grip. It's also comfortable for those with larger and smaller sized hands to use, and the weight is nice as well being heavy enough to cut through a large squash nicely, but light enough to still utilize it without tiring out your arm and hand. Excellent price to boot!

Arrived in a nice sturdy box, I see top quality craftsmanship...very sharp...as a chef and outdoor camping person, I am very happy with it and ordered one more as a gift for a good friend

The set looks great on our countertop. Easy to grip and very sharp. I do a lot of cooking cut up a lot of meat and this works great! I would recommend this to anyone.

一応使ってみましたが、鹿の解体には小回りのきくナイフの方が、やり易いです。ただ、関節を切ったりするのは刃を当てるだけでスッパリいくし、肉のブロックを切り分けたりは楽でした。 もったいないので骨などに打ち付けることはしていないので、強度は未確認ですが、一頭解体しても、切れ味は保てていました。 せっかくシースを作ってみましたが、慣れないうちは台所用ですね。
