This primer is FABULOUS! It is soft on the skin, provides greater facial support underneath makeup for this senior skin. Makeup looks so much better now that I'm using this product. Thank you and Forever fan.

This is a nice and light formula for a soft glow, without looking greasy. I have aging skin and freckles where this makes my face look fresher and more vibrant without actually tanning it. I noticed that I break out more on days I wear this, so keep that in mind for your skincare routine. I alternate wearing this to reduce breakouts.

This has been my go-to primer for years, and it never lets me down. It goes on smoothly, feels lightweight on the skin, and creates a great base for my makeup. I’ve found that it helps my foundation apply more evenly and last longer throughout the day. I also appreciate that it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, and it works well with different types of makeup products. It’s just a reliable, consistent part of my routine that I keep coming back to. I have used a dozen and more primers, always looking for The One. The closest I've found to being perfect are Benefit Pore Professional, which is ridiculously expensive or Tarte Shape Tape primer, which I catch on sale now and then. I had high hopes for something called Spackle Primer, as I have large pores and the fine lines now that I'm in my 40s. My skin is patchy red in places, cheeks and chin mostly. I tend to have combination skin, oily in the T-zone, somewhat normal to dry elsewhere. I don't have a primer that's supposed to help make the skin glow in my primer arsenal, so I took a chance on Champagne Glow rather than just the normal primer. I thought maybe it might be good for a date night make-up base. I have to say, despite getting it half off in price and the huge generous size (2 oz when most primers are 1 oz or less), I am pretty disappointed in it. All it does is makes my face and fingertips glittery. My skin doesn't glow...it sparkles like there's gold pixie dust blown on it. It does nothing to cover or shrink the look of the pores or fine lines. My makeup does not noticeably glide on smoother nor does it last longer. So in short, it does nothing you need for it to do when you wear primer as a base for your make-up. I don't know how the normal Spackle Primer works in comparison, if its formulation is better, but for me I'd say skip the Glow formulations. I certainly won't buy this one again. It's only too bad I now have SO MUCH of it.

I’ve been a consistent user of this product for about a year now. I first apply a thin facial moisturizer, then a moderate amount of this product, covering my entire face and let this dry. Then I apply foundation. Every other product advertised to do the same thing, keep my makeup in place and last for an 8 hour day, has failed. This product works better than any other. While it doesn’t last the entire day, it works very well for the first have of the day and then adequate for the second half (of an 8 hour day). It will not last for much longer than a workday. If I am going somewhere after work, I would need to reapply my makeup or my rosacea starts peeking through. I am very happy with this product. No breakouts, dry skin, irritation or other negative side effect at all. I will continue to use this, unless something miraculous comes on the market that doesn’t break the bank. This is a good investment. I have tried all the shades as well and the champagne is my favorite. Just a bit of glow!

I like the way this feels on my skin. I can use a powder brush or foundation brush to apply. I don’t need anything else. Come through bronze !

Excellent! Leaves me with a soft youthful glow, I had to look at myself longer in the mirror, I was amazed. I’m 68, very happy with this! Weightless. I highly recommend 🩷

Ok not moisturising enough and the glow is very minimal

Love, love, love this stuff. It smooths out the lines and makes the pores invisible. If using with foundation, let it dry well on your face before applying. When you remove your makeup, your skin feels soft and smooth. Some folks may find the price a little high, but I think it is well worth it. I absolutely will continue to purchase. this product.

This is great I use under my make up and on its own as makes my skin glow and feels nice on. Leave my skin feeling soft after removal too.

Love LG Spackle. Have tried the Ethereal Rose which was lovely, so this time tried the Champagne - equally as good. Although the champagne is more of a beige colour and not quite as golden as I expected, nevertheless a great primer. Spackle makes a huge difference to makeup application, and provides the most perfect canvas to apply foundation. Only 1-2 pumps needed, and gives a sheer smooth canvas and reduces lines, wrinkles and imperfections. Important to wait 1-2 minutes for it to dry before applying make up.
