FiiO FH3 HiFi Earphones 3 Drivers (1 Dynamic + 2 Knowles BA), In-Ear Earphones High Resolution, Bass Sound, High Fidelity for Smartphone/PC/Tablet

For comparisons my frame of reference is the following IEMs: Campfire Audio Dorado 2020 (£1000) Thieaudio Monarch MkII (£850-£1000) KZ ZS10 Pro (£45) Sources: Sony A55 Hiby R5 Gen 2 NAD M33 After my KZ ZS10s broke after less than a year, both lost all bass so possibly the bass drivers failed, I needed a replacement. I wasn't displeased with the KZs and my only complaint was that they could be quite sibilant at times, depending on the track. For most Music I listened to though it wasn't a problem but when it was there it was very harsh and shrill sounding. I purchased the FH3s in early 2022 and the difference was noticeable. In sound and in build quality. Yes the FH3s are more than 2x the price of the KZ ZS10 Pros but in audio paying more doesn't guarantee a better product or even any improvement. The gains are only marginal, typically. The build quality of the FH3 is fantastic and I find the fit the most comfortable of any IEM that I have tried. Great cable too, including the curved hook parts that go around your ear. Can be worn for hours on end with zero discomfort. The FH3 sound is superior to the KZs. A more weighty Bass, less harsh mids and smoother treble. It is quite difficult to encounter sibilance using the FH3s, not only compared to the KZs but also my Campfire Audio Dorados and they are £1000 IEMs! So the sibilance is less on the FH3s than the Campfire Audio Dorados. The Dorados have slightly better detail, imaging. The instrument separation difference really is paper thin between the FH3 and Dorado. When I say slightly better I am talking very small percentage terms, 5% at most. The Bass is nearly on a par too with the Dorados having a tad better controlled or tighter Bass than the FH3s. Similar degrees of differences when comparing the FH3s to the Monarch MkIIs. The Monarchs had the best instrument separation, layering, imaging and detail of any IEM that I have heard and they also had the most weighty and deep bass but the FH3s come very close. Unfortunately, for me, the Monarchs were too big and didn't fit properly so I sold them. In short, the FH3s compete with £1000 IEMs and the difference is 5% at most. They have great bass and are well balanced with great detail. The fit, comfort and build quality are all excellent too.

I am absolutely stoked with these. I've had a pair of KZ ZS 10 Pros for just over 3 years and I loved them for their mid range and treble with minimal base. I did purchase a Yinzoo silver cable which improved the sound dramatically and took away the sibiliance. Around August I saw the Moondrop Aria's on sale and thought I would try them out. They sounded restrained on the high end compared to the KZ's but had a good bass thump albeit a bit loose for my personal liking. The Aria's had a much more open/wrap around sound stage where as the KZ's sound was very much in my head. However I wasnt estatic about them so I returned them. I'd had my eye on these FiiO's for a while but they were always at around 120 and I couldnt justify that over my low cost audio ;) So when these were on sale, I bought them. I can honestly say these are unbeilievable for the price! There is more bass then the Aria's but its very controlled and tight, the mids are better than the Aria's but slightly less then the KZ's and the treble is excellent and very comparable with the KZ's. The sound stage is as big or slightly smaller than the Aria's but the high and resolution of the audio is much much better. The listening experience is much more enjoyable. I absolutely love these. Please note I play LDAC using my FiiO BTR3 with mostly 24bit/192k mp3 and some FLAC through my phone. Cost wise, my KZ's and the Yinzoo combo was 40, the Aria's were 73 on sale and the FiiO's were 80 on sale. Therefore if you can find a pair of these FiiO's on sale definitely buy them, if not on sale and your budget stretches then go for it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've lived with these new IEMs for several weeks before writing a review. Firstly, the positives: Build quailty is exceptional. Heavy and sturdy and all wires and connectors are of a high standard. Excellent sound - very clear and detailed and full bass (more on that below). Very impressive separation in music representation and highly recommended for critical listening. Almost reaches audiophile level. Now the negatives: It took me ages to get these settled in and set up properly. There are multitide of different sized and spec'ed ear buds, Most are utterly superfluous. I eventually fitted the Large size that worked for me and achived that 'seal' within the ear canal that allows the bass to shine and the detail to come through. They sounded great. However.... the sturdy weight of these IEMs means that the units tend to come out of their settled and sealed position within the ear. So, any movement at all and the bass is lost and the mids and highs come through sounding shrill and tinny and frankly totally overpowering and unpleasant. On the move, the units require constant adjustment back to a sealed position. That usually lasted about 30 seconds before they shifted again the the bass effectively disappears. These are not for exercise or activities or being on the move! If you are in a set place and sitting still, they are truly exceptional. If you want these for jogging / walking / gym etc, I strongly advise caution unless you have tiny ears that will allow them to be jammed into place. Hence only four stars, when I would love to have given them a Five Star review.

J'étais à peu près certain d'aimer la sonorité, j'ai déjà des FiiO FH5S pour me balader mais que je cherchais des intras pour vraiment bouger (sport, travaux, etc...), j'avais peur de les abimer. Donc je connaissais le principe tour d'oreille avec eux, son confort et son maintien impeccable. Ce que je ne pensais pas c'est la qualité sonore que l'on a avec ce modèle inférieur, vraiment très agréablement surpris. Scène sonore large, medium grave aigu tout y est bien détaché. Ces écouteurs ont une légère tendance aux graves mais ce n'est pas "grave"... J'ai poussé le volume plus haut qu'il ne fallait pour tester ces écouteurs, les membranes ne décrochent pas (pour schématiser). Des embouts divers et variés suivant la convenance de chacun. Très très important de choisir la bonne taille, prévoir 1/4h avec écoute en bougeant pour trouver ce qui va le mieux. Une petite boite PVC transparente, un pinceau de nettoyage et une petite housse zippée fournis. On peut changer le câble avec un FiiO symétrique jack 2.5mm si on a l'appareil pour, encore mieux. En plus expédié rapidement comme toujours avec son vidéo.

Coming from a TWS earbuds arena and after burning so much cash buying Sennheiser momentum 2, Sennheiser CX and Sony WF-1000XM4, besides TWS from jabra, monster, JBL, audio-technica and yamaha, this is another level. Let me putting in simple terms so people can understand. Those TWS earbuds mentioned above which are top audio quality performers are limited by current bluetooth technology where IEM's earbuds represent the 800-pound gorilla regarding HI FI audio quality. After doing a careful research in specialized audiophile forums, I decided to go with FIIO FH3 which currently represent the best bang for the buck, which compare to most $300~500 IEM's. If you look for next level after FH3, you will need to go with FIIO FD5, FIIO FH9, THIEAUDIO Monarch and Shuoer/ SOWE EJ07 which go from ($400~$800) price range. To really benefit of these IEM's, you need to get an headphone amp, I'm currently using using a BTR5 2021, currently just waiting for my shaling UP5 and Qudelix 5K portable headphone amp to arrive. You would benefit even from $30 headphone amps. Level of detail is simply stunning, I'm able to listen some additional voices and extra instruments that weren't present using same audio sources when listening with Momentum 2 or Sony WF-1000XM4 for example. These IEM's are comfortable to wear for long period of times and are built to last. They are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for with these. Comes with a large acrylic transparent case to protect the earbuds na deven a pouch case full of ear tips which I use a case for my FIIO BTR5 2021. Will work better with lossless audio sources but even youtube audio videos in HQ will have a great impact in detail and audio quality improvement over those TWS earbuds mentioned above. Included cable is a very high quality one, same as more expensive FIIO FH5. I'd not recommend these IEM's for using with a smartphone , even if it's a flagship model. These are intended for use with a headphone amp. I'm not affiliated or work for FIIO, just happen to be easily available for purchase from amazon where other direct competitors as shanling UP4, UP5, ES100MK2, and Qudelix 5K are not.

Brilliant sound. Quite close to the Shure which costs 5 times the price. If you are a basshead, don't get these. Don't get me wrong, it has sufficient bass; tight and accurate... it can handle the lows of albums like Musica Nuda. But if you like transe music with cranked up lows, then get the Sony XM3 headphones.

Great build & super clear, balanced sound from these IEM. Much better than usual mainstream commercial Brands of similar price. Got it at a great deal during CNY for first buy

Venía de unos Sony mdrxb50apl que me costaron en Amazon hace dos años 28 euros que sonaban muy muy bien, pero quería pasarme a Hi-Res y me compré estos Fiio Fh3, y tan solo me ha hecho falta media hora para darme cuenta que supera con creces la calidad de sonido de mis antiguos Sony, donde tenía que poner el volumen a tope para sacarle todo el jugo y con estos Fiio fh3 a tan solo mitad de volumen ya se escuchan más potente. El sonido está lleno de matices, rico en detalles y con muchísima resolución, soy capaz de distinguir los instrumentos en una canción donde antes no podía, medios excelentemente conseguidos, agudos muy buenos y quizás los bajos poco potentes pero llegan sin problemas, de diez. Por otra parte la construcción de estos Fiio son de altísima calidad, nada comparable a mis Sony, donde estos están hechos de plástico, y Fiio te da unos auriculares con parte de la construcción en aluminio, el cable es gordo y de calidad, y el jack de conexión también fabricado en aluminio. Cuando los vi y pude ver su tamaño pensé que sería un engorro ponérselos y que dado el peso por el tipo de fabricación sería susceptible de que se soltaran de la oreja, pero no, de hecho me resultan incluso más cómodos que los Sony, dando una sensación de que casi crees que no los llevas, un diez en comodidad. El empaquetado también es de calidad, nos viene un cepillito para limpiarlos, una caja para guardar los eartips en incluso una bolsita de tela con cremallera para transportar los auriculares, aunque he de decir que es pequeña y dado que el cable es tan gordo y poco enrollable se me hace difícil poder meterlos sin estrujarlos, pero aún así es un detalle. No quedarás defraudado si te compras estos auriculares. De lo mejor del mercado en relación calidad/precio.
