Great idea but the fabric part hurts
I am using it on my pull up bar but the fabric bunches and feels like youโre trying to use a cell phone chord to hold yourself up. If you are extremely light perhaps this wonโt hurt so much ? Anyways o try to hold it apart and flat so it wonโt bunch together but eventually it does slip together .

It Just came I put it together and up in about 10 minutes. I bought this item as a way to start stretching my back. I defithink this is going to help.
