Healthy and delicious!
These chews taste so chocolatey and so good. My doctor recommended them for my osteopenia. The vanilla flavor is also amazing.

Easy to digest
Excellent product to get your calcium and Vitamin D. The soft chews go down easily.

I am a small-framed Caucasian woman with a family history of osteoporosis. Further, this year I have been trying to lose weight and I have been counting calories and I *know* my calcium intake has gone down because I am just not consuming as much dairy as I used to. Also, because I am pale and have a family history of skin cancer, I stay out of the sun, so my vitamin D intake could stand to be improved. I have tried calcium pills in the past, but they are so large that they are often hard to swallow. So I bought these. (In "chocolate truffle" flavor!) I am only taking one of these per day. I do still drink *some* milk and eat a little cheese, just not as much as I used to. So I figure I don't actually need two of them. (The package recommends up to two per day.) I like that they only have 15 calories. I enjoy the chocolate flavor. It's not really enough to give me a chocolate fix for the day, but I do like it! This has dairy and soy ingredients, for what it's worth, but no gelatin. These are low in sugar and sodium and do not have artificial sweeteners (they have some sucrose) so they don't have that artificial sweetener aftertaste. You can see the full ingredients list and nutrition facts panel if you zoom in on the product images. The texture of these is working for me as well. They are soft and chewy but not melty, and not as sticky as caramels (no worries about your dental work). Anyway, if you are looking to increase your calcium and vitamin D intake, these are a pleasant way to do so. I will definitely buy more when I run out.

Dad hates taking tablet forms including vitamins and needs vitamin d and calcium. This has been a game changer and loves chocolate. You can't get these in Australia anywhere. Don't put in fridge, easier to eat at room temperature

Love these. I'm not sure why I can no longer get them from chemists here. So happy I can get them via Amazon though, and quite quickly
