DDF Ultra-Lite Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew, 1.7 oz

This was a really great product for me personally. I have acne prone, oily skin. I really liked this product mainly because it was oil free. Having acne prone skin, products containing oil can be counter productive in the process of bettering my skin. The fact that it was oil free made me feel ensured that this product would not break me out at all. I had never experienced any break outs while using this product. This product was also quite gentle. Since there were no fragrances it did not irritate my skin the least bit. There are times where I would get a facial peel or I would get a sunburn and I felt safe using this product during those times of facial sensitivity because it did not aggravate the condition of my skin and it helped to heal it. In general it is a really good moisturizer to use both day and night, especially in the day because it is quite light weight and gives me the perfect amount of moisturization and hydration.

Let me start out by saying that I have been a die-hard Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel user for years. For my combination (normal to dry on my cheeks, lightly oily in my T-Done) and acne prone skin, there were few options that I tried that provided sufficient hydration without causing breakouts. However, after about 5 years of using Clinique, I found that it wasn't addressing my dry areas of skin, which is when I purchased my first bottle of DDF. WOW. The difference was incredible. The consistency is like a refreshing gel, and it spreads so evenly over my face. I have found that 1/2 a pump of product is enough to cover my face and neck (a little goes a long way!). Doing this has allowed one bottle to last me about 5 months, which helps me to justify the higher cost of this product. Did I mention this moisturizer goes beautifully under makeup? My foundation has never applied so smoothly since using DDF, and happily I no longer have those annoying dry patches on my cheeks or shiny areas in my T-zone at the end of the day. It really does balance out a combination complexion perfectly. I don't know what miracle ingredients that they put in this moisturizer, but it almost acts like a primer under my foundation, which is a huge bonus. Did I mention that I love this moisturizer?! I could not recommend this product more highly, try it and see for yourself! I have since purchased two more bottles so that I won't have to worry about running out, and I can safely say that I have found the perfect moisturizer for my skin!

This moisturizer is fantastic. I used to be a Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare junkie, but his prices kept going up and up. When my old moisturizer reached $80, I decided that's just too much. So, the hunt began for a new line. I came across DDF products at Ulta (where I previously bought my Dennis Gross products), and decided to give this moisturizer a chance. I actually now like the Ultra-Lite Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew better. And, it's less than 1/2 the price of Dennis Gross! It's not greasy or heavy, has no scent, and soaks into my skin like a dream. My skin also tends to break out (i.e., I have rosacea) when trying new products, but I didn't have that problem with this. I'm now hooked on the Moisturizing Dew, and have since purchased other DDF items including the Wrinkle Resist Plus Pore Minimizer Serum. Let me tell you, that one is fabulous, too. It makes the huge pores on my nose almost completely disappear. I love, love, love DDF products!

I inadvertently purchased this product in Sephora when I was on vacation with my family to USA, I didn't immediately use it, but once I started sensitive skin after laser peeling treatment skin, and I tried several brand moisturizer keeps my skin is dry and flaking as well as breakouts, so I look back on this product I tried it turned out makes me moist but not greasy and elastic. I use it every day after I wear my anti aging product and I use it twice a day, so now when I run out, I order it from Amazon, because I live there is no this product. I ordered it for my teenage daughter who is also sensitive skin and will be immediately told her to use it.

I first tried this moisturizer because I received it as a sample. I was intrigued because it used words like "oil-free", "ultra-lite" and "dew" - by the end of the day my skin can get a little shiny from oil and I wanted an oil free moisturizer that didn't feel greasy, so this moisturizer sounded like it would be what I was looking for. And it was! A little bit goes a loooong way. For me, personally, I learned that even though a little bit covers my whole face, I should use a bit more to avoid the late afternoon shine. And it works really well. It has no scent, which I find nice. The consistency is not like lotion, it's more like gel and it rubs into the skin nicely, doesn't linger on your face or fingers. So in short: -Doesn't feel greasy -No residue left behind -Moisturizes all day long -No scent -Doesn't clog pores -Very light

My skin is always confused. Sometimes it's oily, sometimes it's dry, but this product introduced me to a fabulous line of DDF products. It's light, sets right in, and your skin feels so so supple after you use it. I live in a highly toxic city and I feel like this product keeps my skin looking bright and fresh. I also recommend the DDF Brightening Cleanser and if you have breakouts from time to time, the DDF acne treatment... it's also light, doesn't smell, and keeps your skin looking young.

I have used this moisturizer for 12 years. In all that time, the product has been perfect. Unfortunately, I ordered more in February and when I opened it, the moisturizer smells like chemicals. The consistency is much thicker than it has been. So not only is it making my face smell bad, but it’s also giving me acne and sore red spots. Did DDF change their formula or did I just get a defective product?

I have tried a variety of moisturizers, and this in combination with my face cleanser has turned out to be perfect. I have dry to combination skin depending on season. This light moisturizer is perfect for summer, but in the winter months only works for me in combination with a certain cleanser (also DDF) that is more lotion/cold cream like in consistency and provides more moisture. This would also be great in my opinion for combination or oily skin, as it is so light and is also oil-free. You only need to use a little bit for coverage, I use less than one pump. There additionally is the option of getting the same moisturizer with SPF protection if that is of interest to you.
